Review 1：They seemed more interested in their rules than your comfort. They have a system and explained "it is all very civilized." But to us that translated to not much range for comfort. They told you where to sit, when to eat and that the tip was discretionary, but in reality, the tip was added into the bill and you actually had to say "take it off" which of course one will not do. We have been traveling Europe for 8 months and ahve stayed in many glorious places and enjoy comfort most of all. They ignored our do not disturb sign and organized room anyway. I feel I paid too much not to have my privacy respected.
