Review 1：Everything overpriced Single bed is not comfortable at all. Location is not that great for many people but it was near my destination.

Review 7：Awesome Service from all the staff concerned. Ever smiling & with folded hands, sometimes to the point of overdoing things.. Anyway a very pleasant experience with both the Hotel & the people associated with it. Would definitely want to stay again during my next visit. Very centrally located, with all amenities. The restaurants are ok. didn't visit the club lounge. The pool seems nice though didn't have the dip. The Gym is good with sufficient number of aerobic equipments in a fine state of tune. Overall a very good hotel & a wonderful stay.

Review 8：When my Credit cards are working everywhere , Why Not at your Hotel? Very unprofessional way to Ask Cash Instead of correcting the machine or apologizing for the embarrassment I would have if I were not carrying Cash.

Review 10：Booking procedure. ....I had to write at least 3 emails..the man whom I talked on phone was totally useless, he messed up everything. ...in the end a lady callrd from ur shanghai office and she was intelligent enough to confirm the booking.

Review 12：I called up the hotel from my car, when I was a few kms from it. It was about 9 PM. The reception staff said that they had rooms and quoted for it. I logged onto Booking.com and found the rates to be cheaper. I initiated the booking on it. While I was in the process, we reached the hotel. I walked to the reception and told the staff that I was in the process of completing my booking. One of the staff told me that they were short of rooms and would not be able to honour an online reservation for immediate accommodation. I tried to reason with him but he said that online reservations worked only when they were done much in advance. I completed my online booking nevertheless and gave the staff the details. By that time another, more reasonable staff member had joined who said it was ok and there were no issues, I would get a room!

Review 13：I asked for accommodation for my driver, which they provided. They also accepted my request for a late checkout (2 pm). Overall, a good experience, save for the initial hiccups!
