Review 2：The staff. Check in was seamless and very welcoming. For what we paid and the time of year this was great value. It was only a stopover as part of our trip and we were very happy
Review 3：Light outside hotel rooms stay on all night and there wasn't a switch to it turn off. The brightness combined with road traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. We stayed in room 1, which was right on the main road, other rooms may not have a noise problem.

Review 6：Rooms are immaculate and kitchen is very useful with good utensils and fridge. The beds are super comfortable too. Great park right in front of room. Mango smoothies are yum at macs cafe next door. Room is serviced each day too with fresh towels. Lovely helpful staff :)
Review 7：The beds were amazing! Soft but not too soft and so comfortable. The linen was clean and cleaned properly so if smelled fresh and wasn't like cardboard to touch. It wasn't stained or full of chemicals, just wonderful. We had room service everyday and a free bottle of milk on arrival. Just a lovely homely venue to stay in Byron eg. away from the parking metres!!! Friendly staff that were knowlegeable on local attractions. We will stay there again, couldn't fault it!
Review 8：We just needed a bed for the night! And the hotel delivered. It was clean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Highly recommend for overnight stay.
Review 9：Poor housekeeping, we stayed two nights and had to ask to have the room serviced, this ended up being given clean towels only, nothing more was done, extremely disappointing.

Review 19：Unfortunalety our room had very 'damp'.with mouldy smell. We also had another friend staying in the same motel in a different room who could smell the damp at our front door. She said that her room didn't smell like that! One of the single beds had a 'dip' and a poking spring' - very uncomfortable, and when we complained to the owner, instead of her being helpful and accomodating of my mother, myself and young children who have asthma issues (the damp, musty room not helping at all) she got really defensive and rude. !! Very disappointed with the way it was handled. We have stayed many places and never had such un-accommodating level of service. The front desk staff were lovely and tried their best. It was when we were put onto the owner who turned unfriendly, deffensive and unhelpful (she even hung up on us when we were trying to explain what promblems we were having! She did not want to believe that our room smelled, and that the bed was bad ????? - She reluctantly reimbursed us for our third night, in which we had to swiflty find somewhere else to stay.!!
Review 20：Internet not connectable. Maybe a problem with my phone. Staff was no help. Fridge too loud. Even louder than street noise from highway in front of hotel.

Review 24：Our air conditioner was broken upon arrival and looked like it had been broken for quite some time. This was not addressed after making staff aware after our first night and sleeping was difficult for the rest of our stay as it was hot and stuffy.

Review 46：Very lovely and helpful owner checked us in with a great map of the local area and places to eat, see and go in the near vicinity. We took her recommendations on dinner at the nearby BB Services and we were not disappointed. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and it had a fully equipped kitchen and the whole room (at the end of the complex) was spotless, spacious, safe and private. My mum (who has bad knees) loved that we could park directly outside the ground floor unit, making packing and unpacking super quick and no lugging baggage or esky's upstairs. We were given free WIFI passwords for each of our devices (4) and strength of signal was good.

Review 95：Dolphin in is a fifteen minute walk from the beach which means it is quieter and away from the noisy nightlife. Of course, that is our preference and may not be yours. Very reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
