Review 1：- our bed cover was used. they did not replace it when we first check in - the floor wet because of the ac not well function - hair dryer smells weird - toilet shower was broken - providing small hair towels will be good

Review 3：Location is not very good. It is a little difficult to find a taxi there. You need to call taxi company for reservation. Reservation have min. payment for Rp.40,000.

Review 9：Small room. No phone no desk no chair no cupboard. At first room, the bed sheet was old and dirty. Their colors even gray. Mirror in the room wasnt clear. The shower room was smell bad. And no toiletters.

Review 16：check in process abit weird. they call us one by one. they made us wait without telling us estimate time when the room is ready we have to waitt until 4PM to get a room. Take a while to get the ac cold, about 3 hour

It would arrive tonight and they would bring it to our room...nothing...I had to ask for them to provide it for us - no medium size towel - not enough toilet tissue. they did not change it. it was half used already - f n b pricing too expensive. lucky the location is inside mall area -

Review 22：But on the second visit, with a special request that I requested. in fact disappointing, with female staff which not friendly. and when I first entered the room, I found the duvet cover defective. On 7-8 February I booked a room for my family. for which 2nd time. but apparently the staff did not recognize me as a repeater. I booked a room which quiet and located on the top floor. but I was in fact given a room which was right in front of the elevator, on the lower floor, and very noisy with the sound of the elevator and the chatter of other hotel occupants.

Review 26：- dirty bathroom - uncoordinated staff. we had paid for another night when a staff rudely came to our room and asked us to leave! - no room cleaning service. we use our own tissue because the tissue provided in the bathroom was not enough for three days!

Review 29：I experiences the staff not attentive upon check in process while weunderstand that check in time is on 14.00 somehow we are already at thehotel around 11.00 am.We wait until 14.00 and suddently we found otherguest can directly check in without considering us the customer whosealready wait for almost 3 hour.
