Review 1：Gracious hotel in every way from the staff to all the facilities. It is spacious in beautiful grounds offering a haven that is relaxed yet with attention to detail form everyone encountered.

Review 2：The hotel failed to recognize our special occasion - my birthday!...but later made up for it by sending across a cake and flowers to my house the next day after my pointing out the same as a suggestion in their survey!

Review 5：Location was the best. The hotel in general was the best I have stayed in for the money I spent. It's undoubtedly the most beautiful property in delhi and so near to delhi Airport. Was at the hotel in 10 mins. Plenty of malls and food places including cyber hub writhin 5 mins.

Review 6：wifi is available only for 30 minutes: complementary wifi is fast. but it can last only 30 minutes. as least 2~3 hours is necessary.

Review 7：Close to Airport: 20 minutes from the airport by taxi. good to stay when you get to the airport in the late evening. Spacious: Trident has spacious and gorgeous entrance. Room is not necessarily large one, but Customer service is great: hotel staff was well educated.

Review 14：The service is second to none. The property is an oasis of calm and tranquility. Stunning setting (albeit the location of the hotel itself just off the main road is not particularly wow). Every need of the customer is catered for. Nothing is too much trouble. Worth every penny.

Usually this is not a major problem but for a luxury hotel of this class, nothing is too small to ignore :) Air conditioning in room was also slightly affected. Could have been fixed or prevented. We were given alternative room and were satisfied.

Review 44：We were actually upgraded to the Oberoi adjoining which was excellent but had breakfasts and meals at the Trident where our friends were staying. Both hotels were amazing and we could not find fault with either. Can highly recommend both. We organised a car and chauffeur from the hotel to take us out into Delhi a few times and we felt like royalty and were treated as such.

Review 46：The hotel is stunning and sereen. The sandcoloured low building set againts the blue sky standing in blue water basins and surrounded by lush green plants. The service is excellent and everything above expection. We got an upgrade to a suite with a fantastic view over the surrounding water

Review 50：The hotel is based in Gurgaon which is a long way from Delhi. Gurgaon isa business centre and lacks a lively city centre with bars orrestaurants. By car it cost a lot of time to get to Delhi. Hotel carservice was extremely expensive. Metro is faster and very cheap butthere is no metro stop close to the hotel so you still need a taxi ortuctuc to get there. Service is fantastic but sometimes too much. Withevery coffee you drink, staff will ask at least 3 times whether you arehappy with it. More a business hotel than a holiday hotel.
