Review 1：AC not working very well (blocked on the coldest setting on 1st room, we chanched to another and it was blocked at 24°, quite hot during the night).

Review 3：Breakfast needs a little more than Indian food. And room service's response is a bit slow.the pool was good but it needs to have a kids pool.

Review 5：Staff didn't seem prepared for tourists. They all struggled to answer if there was anything to do in the area other than fort kochi. Had to ask 3 times if they had a map. Didn't seem to know how to help guests, were disappointed as it's advertised as having a travel desk.
Review 6：There were taxis and autorickshaws near to the hotel so was easy to get around.only 50 minutes from the airport. Food in the evening, a la carte, was good and felt really welcomed in restaurant.
Review 7：Not necessarily a bad experience but this hotel is within a very busy part of the city near some major roadworks. The restaurant menu also seemed very over-priced compared to what food you could get elsewhere within the vicinity.

Review 10：The room was big and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. At the breakfast they proactively offer to prepare a local "dosa" (traditional south-India dish) for us that was delicious. We will come back again to this hotel if we return to India.

The location of the hotel, facilities available on site and the value for money. Gladly recommend it to my friends. Will definitely book again as I have to visit Kerala again next year on personal business.
