Review 1：The staff didn't speak perfect English but I got by ok and was able to communicate what I needed without too much trouble. The place is really far away from the station (about 50 minutes walk) and along roads without any footpath for the last 1/2 mile or so. That being said it was a lot more convenient with a bike and the hot weather made the walk more difficult. Wifi occasionally ropey.
Review 2：The staff here were so friendly, made an amazing variety of things for breakfast and lent me a bike for free for my conference in Faenza when they realised that I had walked from the station. Facilities were basic but of a high standard which much needed air conditioning in the room.

Review 4：The building itself is purely functional from the exterior. No further facilities on site and gardens were very plain.

Review 6：Maybe the residence is too far from the center (around 2.5 km) which is no problem in the sunshine but when it's raining...no bus. On the other hand the looking is ideal for relaxing or jogging/taking long walks.
Review 7：Especially the friendly and helpful owners. They even gave a lift to the city center of Faenza and on top of it, given it was not raining, I could use their bicycle.
