Review 1：Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it's much better inside.

Review 2：Elegant furnishings in the public areas, and a very comfortable room. Easy walk into the town.

Review 7：We had to be at the harbour at 7 a.m. for our ferry. While the hotel has a great location and free parking close to the harbour there is no early breakfast available.

Review 8：We travelled with our small dog and because the receptionist loved her we got a free uprade to a suite.

Review 9：For wifi they give two passwords, if you want to connect three devices than you have no chance, also entering that stupid pass everytime is silly. Breakfast was so so, not rich or anything special. We reserved a queen size double bed room but they gave seperate beds and they said it was our fault even if we had requested it on booking page! They refused to change the room and just moved the beds together which was unconfortable to sleep. Whatever you do is customer's fault at this hotel, they dont accept anything they do wrong, they just smile and say that it is nothing to do with them. The aircondition was dead for all the rooms for one night and it was like hell that night. Tv antenna was cut at the room, next day they fixed it. Room cleanliness was average but not so good, there were some underwears from the former guest in the balcony. Overall it is not a first option to stay, we wouldnt go there again if we have chance.

Review 13：Our shower broke and we notified staff members and it was not fixed for over 24 hours. We had mosquitos in our room permanently. The hotel should offer a map of the local area.

Review 14：Location was good, however the website and booking.com description are misleading and it should be made more obvious that the beach requires a bus to get to. Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and available.

Review 36：Air conditioning operated only on full power and was quite noisy. We could only open and not tilt window/door to the balcony and therefore, for security reasons had to rely on noisy air conditioner. The bathroom fixtures were first class however the water pressure was extremely low, especially for the hot water.

Also bus stops andtrain station very close to enable 10-15mins to lovely beachesnearby.the room we had was kept very clean.towels lovely and soft!Breakfast was substancial as much as you want and service wasgood.reception staff were very helpful and friendly.very peaceful atnight got good nights sleep always.we had 8 nights there noproblems. Excellent value for money.
