Review 1：Big room, there is a nice pool to relax by at the end of the day. Thestaff here are just so friendly. We had a problem with the aircon on thefirst night. We were moved to a another room the next morning. All good.You must try the wood fire pizza's at the restaurant while you arethere. So good!

Review 2：Even though it is self catering, no sharpe/ bread knives available. Also the air con is not very effective in the height of summer. No outside furniture for the balcony. The on suite bathroom had a elongated toilet which was hard to get round and not very comfortable. Still new parts under construction although never worked on while we where there.

Review 3：The reception staff are very friendly and happy to help with areas of interest to visit. The breakfast is served near the pool from the onsite restaurant and we always had plenty. It also served fabulous evening meals. The staff here are attentive and do their best to describe the dishes in English. The Pool is a good size although the shallow end is still quite deep. The bedrooms were a good size for three adults but the living area was a bit tight. Both bathrooms had walk in showers.

Review 8：The directions to Seven Resort were very poor and we had to finally call the hotel for assistance. The address states Cortona, however this is not the case as it's in a town at the foothills. It's takes about 15 minutes to drive up to the walled city. They are building a new complex adjacent to Seven Resort so our apartment overlooked a building site. It looks as if the site has been closed down as we visited mid-week and there was no sign any work.

Review 9：We were delighted on check-in that we were given a two bedroomed apartment for 2 of us, The room was very spacious and would be ideal for a family. The bathrooms had been remodelled and the apartment provided all the facilities you would require if staying for a long period. We arrived after 8pm, however the reception remain open for us. Great value for money...... We only had one night stay at Seven Resort to visit Cortona

Review 10：Everything was good, except for the problems with water. There was somedamage of the installation and our apartment was cut off the water formost of the time. Not a nice thing if you want to shower after a longjourney :-) We stayed for one night only, so I don't know how much timeit took the staff to fix this. Hopefuly it was just a 'one off event'.Apart from this, I would still recommend this hotel.

Review 12：Presence of mosquitos in the room due to the place where is located. Location of the place is quite isolated, to have diner you hsve to take the car or gi to the restaurant next door which is quite old (price and food ok).

Review 16：It isn't in Cortona proper which is up the hill. Hotel is at the foot of the hill. As we did not have a car, we needed to spend extra 10 euro for the cab trip each way.

Review 17：Very helpful staff at the reception that won't shy away from going the extra mile to help you. They sincerely want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Room is also spacious and breakfast adequate.

Review 18：Great place to stay in Toscania, especially lovely city of Cortona.Hotel is during expansion, so view from the room is not the best, butthis is recompensed by the price. Swimming-pool very well, breakfast aswell, personel of hotel very nice and helpful.

Review 19：There is only one thing, which is the way to find the entrance/receptionof this hotel. I think this resort should provide more onlineinformation. Eg, gps coordinates about its exact location, as the areais being developed, there are other resorts nearby. That is why it wasnot that easy to find the reception of this particular resort. Apartfrom this issue, they provided an excellent services, it was a very goodvalue for money.

Review 20：This resort has a perfect location, as it can be found near Cortona, oneof the most beautiful towns in Tuscany, but it also offer a wide-rangeof sports facilities, especially a large swimming pool and severaltennis courts. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. I reallyliked the hospitality of the staff and the level of services provided bythe resort. I would like to be back any time!

Review 21：As this was our second visit to Seven Resort in 9 months we knew what toexpect. The staff are exceptional and obviously enjoy working at thehotel, and will help you with any problem. The restaraunt in Seven wasclosed, but on the edge of the sports complex a new family ownedrestaraunt opened 2 months ago. The food and service at "la Corte deiMiracoli" was of the highest standard as was the price. We expect toreturn again in October. Thank you again all at Seven with specialmentions too Jatinder (waiter) , Evealyn (Receptionist) and Alessandro(receptionist) you made us feel at home......

Review 22：The dinning opportunities were limited.

Review 23：The reason we choose Seven Resort was because it was only one of twohotels in the area with a swimming pool and the pool was a fantastic 25meter 6 lane lap pool with diving board.

Review 24：the staff were great and full of information. the rooms were clean and the showers the best i have seen. It was a 5min walk from the nearest bus stop and then 5 mins by bus to the train station. It is in a beautiful area typical of Tuscany and very quiet.

Review 25：The rooms were very clean and had a kitchen which was useful to make snacks. The place is very well designed and has tennis courts, restaurant and a swimming pool which was really nice. The road to Seven Resort was nicely marked so it is hard to get lost. Cortona is a few km away but it only takes a few minutes to get to it with a car.

Review 27：The hotel was only a few miles outside of Cortona and the rooms were nice. I believe the hotel was undergoing renovations so everything was bit in shambles outside but this did not effect our stay at all.

Review 29：I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who doesnt have their owntransport. It is difficult to get to and from and the bus and taxiservices are very unreliable. The restaurant was shut (except forbreakfast). The pool was closed despite it being June and hadnt beencleaned for a long time. The rooms are clean but basic. There is a lotof building work going on at the hotel which wasnt mentioned on thewebsite. There is very little to do.

Review 31：Signs to the hotel were so confusing. The room looked a bit bare with concrete floor. Could have been a nice resort if they add a little more decor to the room and the front desk area. Whoever is booking this hotel, please make sure you get the right directions before you go or find the hotel before it gets dark!

Review 33：There is no heating system, so the room can become very cold, since thefloor is ceramic and the ceiling is very high. I wouldn't like to staythere in cold months. The shower box turned off lots of water and thebathroom floor was still wet went we left the hotel next morning. Thereis only a voil curtain in the glass windows and the light comes infreely, what can be a problem if you like to sleep in the dark.

Review 34：The room was large and quiet, but it was may and there were only couplesin the hotel. I don't know if it'd be so quiet in warm weather, sincethere is a water complex and many tennis squares in the area of thehotel. Otherwise they are building another rooms facing the pool and therestaurant and it seems to me that it'd be noisier in the summer. Thebreakfast is great! The frontdesk personel were very kind and helpful.

Review 39：Very peaceful and only took 5 minutes to drive up the hill to Cortona. Easy and free parking. Very clean and large, comfortable beds. Reception very friendly and helpful with all information. They printed us off maps, ran to get ice spray when my husband bumped his head....We really enjoyed our stay there.
