Review 1：The hotel put a hold on my creditcard for one night staying (even if on Booking reservation this detail wasn't mentioned), and didn't cancelled even after check-out, when i've paid the full amount, with the same card, so i had to wait for 30 days to get the amount released. A small glitch, but...

However after taking the trouble of returning to my car & attempting to access the carpark by ringing a bell, received no answer & no opening of the roller blind to enter, I returned to my original 'unsafe' parking position. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Lovely outdoor terrace for lunch, just a drink or for us a smoke.

Review 23：The staff is overworked and it shows: service is slow and they all look annoyed, especially in the restaurant. The internet is slow and it disconnects after about an hour or so...making it neccesary to complete the login procedure once again.

Review 24：We decided to upgrade to the suite and they iffered us a good price from the standard room we initially booked. Very good decision because the corner suite was spacious, with a huge balcony overlooking the port. The hotel is clean, the location is excellent (close to the highways), and the breakfast is top notch especially for Sardinia (where breakfast usually consists of coffee and cookies).

Review 71：Olbia is a great little city. Much more than just a stop over to get to Costa Smeralda. The Jazz Hotel is a first rate hotel (though a little too far out of the town center (but walking distance to the airport). I suppose most folks are just looking for a place to stay near the airport on their way to their yachts. Too bad, since there is much to see and experience in Olbia, and the Jazz Hotel is a great home base for exploring the area.

Review 72：Almost impossible to walk into the town because of the business of the main road and the lack of a footpath (obviously not the hotel's fault). Needed to log in to the Wi-Fi every time, which was a bit annoying.

Review 76：This is really an airport hotel you cannot walk anywhere from here. It is a long way from the center. The room was on the small side but very modern. The shower/wet room was dangerous as the bathroom floor becomes wet and slippery as there is nothing to absorb the water from the shower. There was no tea/coffee making facilities and instruction in the guide stated that guest are not allowed to consume any food or drink onto the premises that the hotel did not provide. This made me cross as mini bars are always expensive and you do not necessarily want to use room service or sit in the lobby for a cup of tea. Very difficult to find. Nice breakfast in comfortable location

The staff are professional, friendly and very accomodating( we have two young children!). This is the second time we have stayed here and will always return.

We were extremely tired and we did not ask for changing the room, but if it happens to you, make sure you call the reception. Of course if you want to use this hotel as your base for an holiday do not expect nice surroundings (it's next to the airport). Not particularly cheap for an airport hotel.

Review 87：My wife and I stayed for a week and only have the beat things to say about the hotel. Everything from the comfort, cleanliness, furnishings of the room and hotel itself to the food at Bacchus and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (both at the hotel and Bacchus restaurant) waa faultless. Great night's sleep with a good location next to the airport (city centre only 10mins away by bus). Highly recommended.

Review 90：The construction work going on directly behind the pool and the fact the 'Jazz Relax' was shut down for maintenance during our stay. Neither of which were mentioned before booking. Wifi was exceptionally poor throughout the hotel. Room service is not 24 hour. In general, overpriced and rather tacky. Wouldn't stay here again in a hurry.
