Review 1：Room, bathrooms were not clean and lots of mosquitoes in room. Overall looks very old structure not maintained properly....

Review 3：Staff was very poor - they didn´t find my bookings and charge me more, than Booking.com will asked. Wi-fi didn´t work properly.

Review 4：YMCA is located very nicely and it´s easy to go everywhere in Ernakulam and Fort Kochi also. The newspaper for the mornings was great surprise.

Review 17：Was surprised that they had no knowledge about my booking, and there was no room vacant (the type I had booked). However, they provided me another room in the higher cost category, which I had to take at the last moment. No complaints about this room.

Review 20：Stayed for one night. Room-wise, the comfort was very low it may be due to the age of the main building. Room did smell very bad and the bathroom had water logging issue. No value for money, however, there is ample space for parking, residents lobby is spacious, staff at the reception are very cooperative and friendly. Overall ambience outside the room was excellent but inside the room, it was really bad!

Review 21：Price too high. 1679 for a room lesser in size than my personal bedroom at home. No bathroom facilities like shower gel and shampoo was provided. I had to go outside and shop for a soap and shampoo instead

Review 27：Booked single A/C room was very old, just a simple bed, table and a chair. A/C connected through open window and smelling, door could only kept close by locking it. Picture of lobby is from somewhere else. No picture fits to that booked room even slightly. At eight a clock on sunday morning extremely loud music from a meeting hall.
