Review 1：No hot water in the bath rooom. Restaulant is ver far from your room. it located on 10th floor in another building and have to use elevator twice. No information for deposit, so I had to pay cash in the restaulant.

My gorgeous room was immaculate and the housekeeping team a true asset to the Hotel. I really enjoyed breakfast but most importantly the staff in general really made my stay World Class. Thank you ever so for really looking after me - I shall be back, the shopping is insane...

Review 8：need refurbish the room badly especially on 7th floor, for us after tired long flight from England, check-in to smelly old room and shower did't worked is BAD! I have to complaint the next day to change to room on 6th floor. Thanks God, only to find out we can't extended another couple days because hotel booked up? Receptionist explain that they overcharge via email, I did instructed them to reverse on my England bank card, nothing happened... I am not finish with this! I will definately follow this up. Not a very happy Customer! The only thing I wish to find another hotel closeby to my family every year I return to Bekasi.
