Review 1：When we first arrived I was greeted very rudely by the receptionist and this rude behaviour continued for the rest of the stay, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. other staff were very nice however. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from the other people staying at the hotel which happened late at night and early in the morning, I got very little sleep because of these things. We had a room on the bottom level and throughout the night I could hear people walking around very loudly upstairs, it woke me up on many occasions. Now and then I smelt a wif of something that smelt moldy in the kitchen but I could not find what it was, And finally one occasion the room was not completely cleaned when it should have been, we came back one afternoon and only one of the beds had been made and the two other beds had not.
Review 2：The Room was nice and the location was very good, close to the beach and shops. The kitchen had a stove and oven which was very useful.
Review 3：Rooms are very noisy. Sounds like you are living in stacked caravans. I could hear the next occupant plug in their iPhone. If you are charging $220 per night in Forster, you need to have the following - Foxtel or Austar - rooms to be cleaned daily (cleaning lady did not want to come back 3 minutes later as we were just going out). - clean beds. - removal of cobwebs. - clean shower, do not care for previous guests body hair. - water to not come in the room from the rain. - to not have to wash your own cups and saucers upon departure. I am not sure where this is done anywhere in the world. It is the most unhygienic of practices. Who knows who has attempted to clean the crockery prior to your use. - a working room door handle, had to jimmy the door with a spoon as the door had warped.

Review 9：We were on the ground floor and heard every step of the people above us like a heard of elephants. Someone had a shower at 5am and it sounded like they were showering right next to us it was so loud, woke us all up.

Review 11：Motel is rather dated in appearance- When I did phone, owner comes over as a bit business like, not too friendly. I got the feeling that if anything is required after office closes at 5.30pm...maybe inconvenient. I was greeted by someone else working in the office who was friendly so never met the owner in person to gain another impression.
Review 12：A quiet street off the main road made for a good night's sleep. Very clean room, with space to move. Fridge with useful amount of space for food, fruit and veg if needed.

Review 19：The only thing we could say was that the small area in the floor of our room where the carpet was near the bed,the boards had moved or there was a hole covered up which we could feel ourselves sink into a little if we walked on it accidentally.

Review 22：Not really a bad experience however the fan in the bathroom was very dirty made me wonder if the air con filter had been cleaned. when I checked out Sunday morning the sign stated opening hours 8.30 am and I was there at 9am, so was not sure what to do with my key and questionnaire. I did ring the bell and ended up leaving them in the letter box.
