Review 1：Breakfast was poor. Hot things were could when we arrived (perfectly On time) Plates were a mixture of all kind of things. It did not look inviting at all. Reception has to Be cleaned up. Looked very messy. When you enter The breakfast room, first thing your eye gets drawn to is an ugly modern piano in a beautiful Old house. Ugly modern paintings On The wall. The romantic feeling you are supposed to get in these kind of houses sadly was not there at all. It is Old and worn. It was more a b&b than a fancy hotel. Normally i am a really positieve person. Sadly this hotel was so disappointing. It was Nice but NOT when you pay over 250 euro's for a room.... Very overpriced! ( and i have seen a lot of hotels in my life so i can deffinitely compare)

Review 2：Lovely location but absolutely NO value for money. Waiter and manager Mario was lovely. It is obvious he is working for 2 and trying to satisfy every customer. But his hands are tied in a place like this.

Review 3：Very poor dinner on the first night. Service incredibly slow and disappointing food. We should have had chocolate mousse; we asked the waiter why he served lemon mousse and he replied that "he hoped we hadn't noticed" because they had run out of chocolate. The lemon was freshly made but it was so fresh the mousse hadn't had time to set. Overall a very disappointing dinner.

Review 5：The Villa has a special atmosphere, the location is just perfect, the staff is extremly helpful and friendly. The Villa is beautiful, sourounded with a large garden. The rooms are sea vue rooms, nicely furnished. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced.
