Not a Luxury hotel but clean, cheep and perfect for our type of stay. Would use again no problem.

Room 35 The cleanliness was extremely poor room hadn't been cleaned and there was blood on the floor,2nd room 38 dirty bed sheets (poo) on mattress protector and could see large rats running around the overflowing bins,3rd room 320 someone was smoking indoors so there was a terrible smell in our room. Was moved 3 times due to poor cleaning staff. Have reported to health and safety extremely disappointed with my stay have taken photographs of everything and will be taking it further

The people in the next room could be heard talking for most of our time there and they were still talking when we left at 3:30am to go to the airport. Soundproofing was very bad. I wouldn't stay there again. I have found when I don't book with a hotel directly I'm not always given the nicest of rooms.

I booked 3 rooms for my sisters 21st for family members. 2 rooms were allowed just pay the cost of the room and the 3rd room got asked for 100€ deposit for no reason at all staff were so rude about it! Even thought it was explained that the other two rooks didn't have to pay the deposit but that room had to. Put a downer on there night !

Review 44：I was really happy with my stay first off all I booked for two nights by mistake I only wanted one & the girl on the desk changed it for me there and then with no difficulty I was relieved ? the food was gorgeous! We needed to print out stuff and we could, room was spotless just no hairdryer or iron and board but I'm sure if I asked I would have got. Only thing was we stayed Friday and there was gangs of youngers staying maybe having a night in the wright venue up the road they where up all night drinking and banging doors till about 5am it was anoying we said it to a guy when we checked out and he had told us security was in multiple of times and there deposit was taken from them.

Review 78：Only the proximity to the airport. This place is filthy, it is in horrible shape, and we are canceling our next stay there before we leave Ireland because of the condition. The floor is badly uneven in our room, and could easily cause one to trip and break an ankle. Was a layer of oily film over the entire carpet and floor, and the bathroom had mold. Although the property claims Internet access, there is absolutely none - finally, the absence of electrical circuits in the room was infuriating when we had to charge our cell phones and computers. For the cost, you'd be far better off simply hiring a car for the night and sleeping in that instead of this hotel.

Also, I never could figure out how to get hot water from the shower. I am from Canada so one of the many switches in the hallway entrance was probably needed. Review 101：No bad experience. We checked in late evening. We wanted a drink before bed. The bar is in the dining room & closed at 10pm. There is bottled beer etc behind the reception desk but no place really to drink it. There are a few seats in the reception area.

Review 105：There was no lock on the door, I had a taxi booked for the morning following my stay but the man at reception had told the taxi driver that I was gone on arrival of the taxi, I was charged the night of arrival and told just to leave the keys so one would assume that at the least the man at reception would have known to check as this is the way they conduct bookings. I even double checked with man at reception to make sure I would have the taxi as I was needing to be on time for a departure. Not staying here again, the receptionist man did not care once he got my money.
