Review 1：Great location, free car park, extremely helpful and nice staff, good breakfast with fantastic coffee! Lovely terrace on the roof with breathtaking view. Comfortable and perfectly cleaned rooms serviced daily. Would be perfect having a pool and gym too.

Review 5：Although we had four days of rain during our week long stay, the hotel was a great place to stay. In the centre of town makes it a very good base and a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (my wife forgot her handbag when we left but they located it and sent it back to us and we really appreciated this!). The breakfast was always well stocked and there was a good selection, waiters & waitresses provided wonderful service. Would thoroughly recommend Hotel Panorama and would definitely stay here again.

Review 6：Unfortunately it took them 2 days to fix the water blockage in the bathroom sink. But staff were all nice and attentive about the issue. So all good!

Review 7：Good location, room was spacious, staff were all good considering we had floods for 2 days and we were pretty much inside the hotel most days. Staff made it comfortable for guests missing out on Sardinia. The staff in the breakfast work so hard to accommodate many guests in one go. They were serving non-stop. The front desks staff were also very nice. Overall, hotel was great... although we missed out on good weather to enjoy the 360 degree views at their roof terrace/garden.

The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are great bars and restaurants all withing walking distance. Everything about the hotel is lovely, our room was perfect with great views. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Review 10：This staff is very friendly. They maintain a high level. Everybody is friendly: the reception, the breakfast people, the maids. They have two parkings (free). The Wi-Fi works fine. It is in the center of the city, so you have a lot of good restaurants around. Some of the people even speak Spanish.

Review 12：The staff as the best thing about this hotel, they are absolutely amazing and go the extra mile for you. The terrace is perfect for sunset drinks and you can even bring your own food and drinks up there or order from the bar. The spa and wellness centre was such great value and you had exclusive use of the jacuzzi, turkish steam room, sauna and showers. It was great having the breakfast available as there was no many options for breakfast in town.

In particular the lovely staff, the excellent décor throughout, the great location in the old town, the nice breakfast with great salami and cheeses(ask for your choice of coffee) and the amazing views from the 6th floor terrace. Great bed, good aircon, excellent marbled bathroom with good shower. Good beaches a short bus ride away. Good local trattoria nearby (Antonio - opposite direction to the nearby square)

Review 27：Stayed for six nights and from the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff at the hotel have been extremely friendly and attentive. They always have a smile on their faces and have made our stay very enjoyable! The room was big and very clean. The rooftop terrace has the best view of the city and is a great place to sunbathe. The location of the hotel is also right in the centre of Olbia and within walking distance to the bus stops to catch the buses to the different beaches. There are also plenty of restaurants and gelaterias near the hotel. All in all, a fantastic hotel!

Review 40：Had some wifi issues. Went to a local computer store where the issues did not exist. Back at hotel, same problems again - some websites wouldn't load. None of us could figure out why. But the hotel provides a computer in the lobby, so I was able to get my needed websites on that.

Review 42：Stuff at reception was playing super friendly - too much I have to say. Windows were dirty from both sides. Hairs in the bath tub killed any feelings about taking a one. Air condition was so-lala and the breakfast was very convenient: can-fruits, plastic marmalade. the croissants were slightly burned. They had bacon though. Fazit: it looks nice and a bit fancy from the distance. But taking a closer look might be disappointing.

Review 47：The Panorama is a clean, recently renovated hotel in the old historic district of the wonderful seaside community of Olbia. Just steps out of hotel entrance there is old world dining, piazzas, and cafés. They also have secure parking.

Review 62：What a fantastic hotel!!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Fabio was wonderful! They organised a day trip to north of the island and served beer on the roof top. The views were amazing. The hotel is located off the Main Street. The bus from the airport (number 10) is only 1 euro and takes you straight to the hotel. The bus to the beach (number 4) is a 5 min walk away and the bus only takes 10 mins to get to the beach. A brilliant hotel for anyone staying in Olbia.

Review 74：There wasn't anything I didn't really like. The hotel is in the centre of the old part of Olbia, which is a good base for exploring the north and east coasts. It's not a particularly pretty town and you probably wouldn't really just want to stay there for your hols. But there are plenty of quality restaurants (and cafes) to come back to in the evening. A minor gripe is that you have to pay for the sauna, and there's no pool. The gym, directly opposite, across the narrow cobbled road has 4 or 5 machines.

Review 75：The genuine warmth and friendliness off the reception staff, who where incredibly helpful. It was all very natural and sincere. Their advice re trips, restaurants etc was clear and well informed. They were v. efficient, flexible and communicated well re hiring cars, arranging excursions etc. They even phoned the local sports shops to see if a particular football top I was after, was in stock! The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and with a lovely bathroom - great shower! Breakfast was good with a varied selection, and good service - staff were happy to provide for any personal dietary needs. Can't comment re meals at other times of the day, as we ate out. We had a great holiday exploring Sardinia, thanks to the lovely staff at this superb hotel.

Review 83：I just would be careful if I had small children because of steep, unprotected stairs. The drain in the shower could be fixed as the water goes down really slowly and can overflow.

Review 84：The apartment is in an excellent location, 3 min walk from Cavour metro station and in walking distance from the Colosseo and other major tourist landmarks. At the same time it is located on a very quiet, closed for traffic street. The staff was extremely helpful. The apartment is well equipped, with excellent A/C and very good WiFi Internet. The terrace is really nice although sunbeds would be a nice addition to the garden furniture there. Overall, we spent a fantastic time and strongly recommend the place.

Review 85：From the gurgling, hissing coffee machine at breakfast churning out superb espressos and Americanos to the comfortable, well appointed rooms and friendly staff; this hotel is not to be missed.

Very helpful staff both at the reception as well as at breakfast. They even provided dietary food at breakfast on request. Very good buffet breakfast. Room was very spacious and the hotel has a lovely panoramic view from the roof which is accessible. The hotel is very central. Review 97：The staff at Hotel Panorama really are exceptional. They couldn't me more helpful, generally value their clients and want to do everything they can to ensure you have a great stay. Our room (503) was incredible with a panoramic view of Olbia, it was spacious, clean and of comfortable decor. The room terrace is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sunset. Breakfast was of a high standard with variety and again, excellent service with a smile guaranteed! Couldn't recommend highly enough.
