Review 12：The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance of thetheater of Cortona and the center point. Upon arrival we had to wait forthe arrival a person who gave us the keys and directions to the stay. Wehad asked for twin beds but we had a very comfortable king bed. An oldbuilding that hid comfortable rooms and bathrooms modern line. Thebreakfast at a nearby restaurant do not bother. Upon leaving we firedIgor who was very nice and very kind to take us to the train station inhis car. Definitely on my next trip to Italy stay at this hotel.
Review 13：No water in the shower . The staff wanted us to inform them of the time of our arrival but this was very difficult and required two long distance phone calls on our part. Breakfast qas very basic and more choice should be available for the price we paid.

Review 15：The breakfast is not inside the hotel, only one bread and 1 Coffee, nothing else. No reception. They don't change the sheet even already took it off the bed. They don't clean the table.

Review 18：The management were very helpful and knew the english language verywell, that helps so much. Also the managements friendliness is truelygenuine. The room was immaculate and bed was very comfortable, pillowsincluded. Beautiful modern bathroom facilities with plenty of nice plushwhite towels and toiletries. I had trouble getting wifi to work. I wouldstay at the Le Gelosie again and I would recommend other travellors todo the same. I also liked the street door locking system, I felt verysecure there during the night.
