Review 1：Morning coffee available only after 7am.Dinning hall could be more illuminated. Lowest rating can be givenonly to the breakfast.

Review 3：It's really a value for money deal. I have enjoyed stay. A comfy stay in the heart of the city with any distractions. The room which I have got was so good. Staffs are very cooperative and courteous. Accessibility to the hotel is so easy, which is nearby to the Railway Station and bus stand.

Review 4：There was no toilet paper. We called to request some and after 45 minutes nothing. No none ever followed up. We had to use napkins from the restaurant downstairs

Review 13：It was our first time in Cochin. Receptionist supported us well. Arranged cabs for our trip. Rooms were pleasant which made me feel at home. Room service was also fabulous. About food, it was delicious. We had been there for honeymoon. Sure I will be coming back..

Away from city traffic pollution. , within walking distance of park near the waterfront and ferries, it is conveniently located near (1.5 km) to Ernakulam Junction (South) Railway station and KSRTC Bus stand. The shopping malls and MG Road are also walkable distance. The food was great. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The restaurant serves good food both south and north Indian. The rooms was nice and clean. Excellent service and kindness.

Review 15：Items mentioned in the restaurant menu were not available, like mutton dishes. They should be deleted in such cases so that the consumer is not frustrated.

Review 16：Pleasantly surprised by this little boutique hotel. Suited our needs after a five day trip through mountains and valleys.

Review 17：The room wasn't loooking like the one booked on booking.com and wasn't what I expected at all. It was meant to be a deluxe room and I got a pretty run down room with no light, nothing in the bathroom which was like a sauna as it was so hot. It was very noisy both from outside and inside the hotel.
