Review 1：Nice little guesthouse with fantastic food! The rooms are clean and the bed is very cozy! There is a little hill not far away (around 5 minutes walk) from the guesthouse with a beautiful view over Sopron. There is a bus station in front of the guesthouse which directly goes to the city centre. But: The bus only arrives a few times a day and the walking distance to the city centre is around 20 minutes.

Review 4：Stayed here last year and had to plan our itinerary to include it this year. Lovely hotel with superb restaurant. Large clean room. Good cycling in the immediate vicinity and small bobsleigh ride close by.
Review 5：Personnel do not speak English at all, it was difficult to get answers to given questions. We were booking the room for four people, but had double room with bed and pop-up amrchair, which was very uncomfortable.

Review 7：stuff didn't talk any English and couldn't understand a thing we asked for, we waited on the front desk for 10 minutes until we got a look from the lady that was there.. room facilities were old.
Review 8：The shower cabin was leaking making the whole bathroom wet. The shower hose was broken making it almost impossible to take a shower. The extra bed (sofa) was terrible, unconfortable and down on the floor. The staff acted like it is the first time they have guests with included breakfast as they didn't know (nor explained) how to handle the breakfast cards.

Review 10：The shower facilities were very dated and almost out of order with the shower for not closing all the way and the soap dispenser not working. But for the price you pay it's a good place!

Review 13：The decor and the restaurant were very authentique, a very homely feel. The food was of a good standard and friendly staff. There's a toboggan centre just beside which was nice to kill half an hour.
Review 14：The quality of the facilities actually exceeded the expectations I had when making the booking. My children enjoyed the hunting lodge feel of the lobby. The food in the restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. The location outside of town was fine for us traveling by car.
