Review 1：Wifi was very bad. Hot water was bad as well as the shower water pressure was very bad. Breakfast menu for vegetarians was not upto it's standard.

Review 3：The TV was not working. The kettle was not working. The flush in the bathroom was leaking. The shower place was overflowing. On top of that, they charged us more than the charges on the internet.

Review 13：I have checked in grand on 11 june 2015 @11 pm ,since I have traveledfrom abudhabi and was very tired with my mother [aged90 Yrs] we went tosleep at 12 mid night,suddenly at 2.30 we woke up due to itching andfound small tiny red ants coming out from down of bed at headside.really speaking I might have stayed more than 20 times in my lifein that hotel the experienced I has on that night was very horrible andlater we removed the blanket and slept ..since I did not get anyresponse from the reception when I call them at 3 am

This is a personalthing but the hot food at breakfast was nearly cold, perhaps that is theway in India. The travel desk was seldom manned. A place where localbrochures were displayed would be an asset. These are all minor mattersand did not impair my enjoyment of my visit.
