Review 1：The rooms stayed during two visits in a week looked kept differently, first time it was below expectatons.

Review 3：They dont have a free wifi although it's rated as 4 star hotel while even 2 stars hotels have a free wifi ,i was so angry about it . Even the laundry was so expensive

Review 6：The rooms were very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. If we asked for anything or ordered anything, the response was very prompt. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel as well.

Review 9：They only have twin beds. So if you are a couple they will simply merge two small beds. This is quite uncomfortable. Also if you are planning to travel around kerala (Like i did) and simply want a transit hotel in cochin, then this hotel doesnt suit the purpose. It is far from the airport and you are more than likely to get stuck in traffic. But i suppose this is my fault i should have double checked the location.

Review 14：We were made to feel very welcome and soon as we entered and that was important as this was the first hotel we stayed at during our travels through Kerala. The room was huge and very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was very good. Not sure if we would be staying in Cochin again but If we were would stay here again!

Review 16：The staff were friendly and did their best to help me when I had a problem with my booking. The location is excellent and there is and excellent cafe and shops few meter away. Elevators are very fast. The lundry service is good (24h) and The taxi rate is reasonable

Review 20：The location was superb. I believe they have renovated the executive club rooms. The toilets and bedding space was excellent and value for money. Food starters at the lounge bar restaurant was great. The pastry shop had great cakes and made things simple for me to celebrate my wifes birthday:)

The cafe next door is great for visitors wanting a good coffee and dessert. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water, and "homemade" biscuits is a nice hotel gesture and good idea for guests. The laundry service also good. there is banking facilities next to the coffee shop which is very handy.

Review 60：the staff were very helpfull.the food was plentifull and of excellent quality.the evening buffet was so good that we ate in every night of our stay and a particular highlight was the restaurant manager providing caberet in the form of singing over dinner,a good voice and excellent entertainment! overall a very satisfactory stay.
