Review 1：at breakfast the rolls, and bread were cold- can you warm them please before serving? Our bedroom was adequate, yet-just a suggestion-one or two art prints on the wall would make it as lovely as your hotel lobby is!!

Review 2：very clean,excellent view of sea, quiet,secluded from town yet 2 minute drive, free parking onsite as well as at nearby harbor, updated clean bathroom very pleasant hostess at breakfast, loved the individual mini-coffee pots with fresh hot coffee!!

Review 3：Found a live bug (not anymore) in the bathroom. Not really fun area, bo with a car you can travell all around Istria or Rijeka, etc.

Review 5：Excellent value for money: eth you need as a business traveler attending one of the many business events in Opatija, i.e. great location, comfy bed, good and free Wifi coverage, free parking,very decent breakfast and a beautiful terrace with a sea view to chill on.

Review 11：Excellent location (if you have a car) quiet area near to Lovran city center.The beach (rocky) is nice and just 20sec from your room . Comfy safe parking, bright spacious rooms with AC and nice terrace with sea view. Good restaurant next to the pansion. The breakfast is excellent.

Review 12：- balcony with next room was connected people smoke next and come to our room - dogs allow and people walking playing them everywhere - didn't get much help from the staff, may be they don't speak English - had the espresso in day 1 then no more in next 2 days only had weak filter coffee - breakfast was at the outdoor, it had a good view but I don't like the too much sun and you have no choose where to sit

Review 13：No tea and coffee facilities in the room. We took our own. When looking round in the local shops you were practically stalked by the owner, very off putting, not many males have discovered what deodorant is for. Smoking in the outside eating area should be banned. A better sea view room would have been appreciated

Review 14：The hotel was ideally located and such an easy drive from the airport. The Stanger restaurant next door was excellent the staff so friendly and extremely reasonable in price. A good base for exploring the local area, beautiful scenery. Looking forward to going back.

Review 26：Since most places in Opatija were full we booked here. Its about 2kms out of the town center (I recommend you use GPS co-ordinates rather than street address), but since we were on a motorbike trip it was not too far to visit Volosko & Opatija. Besides, it has an attached restaurant that serves everything including seafood. They have an elaborate breakfast served on the balcony that overlooks the sea. There is a guest elevator as well as adequate free private parking as well. The owner Mr Stanger is a very friendly person.

Review 30：We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Breakfast was maybe the best one that we've ever had in hotel. It was very variable and staff made sure that there was enough for everyone. Room was medium size, not too small but not big either. We had balcony and beautiful seaview. Medveja is just a little walk away and there was a good beach and hiking paths to Ucka mountains (we only got to Lovranska Draka but if you have all day, there were signs that it's 5h hike to Vojak). Center of Lovran was close too and there you could walk "Obalni put", which was a cobbled street that goes along the seaside. Beautiful view.

Review 31：We only had a flying visit as arrived late from the ferry from Cres and left early in the morning for the airport. So location was perfect for us as it was close to the main road. We did however have a great sea view. We had to leave before breakfast was officially open, but the staff were more than happy to arrange breakfast for us and really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Review 32：Really no complaints about the property at all. In the heat, the 15min walk into Lovran town was hot, but there is a bus stop about 7 mindown from Pension Stanger that runs every 30 min or so for those whofind it too much.

Review 34：About a 15 - 20 min walk to Lovran (1 km) which in the heat, was a bittough. However, there is a bus station about half way so you could takethe bus. Nothing else negative I can think of.
