Review 1：The entry way is up and down several steps. Appreciated the extra hand with luggage when i was leaving.
Review 2：Walking distance to the strolling street, the museum, the church and to the ferry port (allow 15 minutes or more.) Decent views, and not too noisy for being so close to the seafront highway.
Review 3：Breakfast was poor and the bed was not very comfortable. The furnishing is old and it needs renewal.

Review 8：The aircon was broken. The telephone in the room didn't work so I was unable to call reception to organise a taxi to the airport early in the morning. The staff were rude and not very accommodating.

Review 15：Some of the rooms overlook a main road which can be busy through the night which might be a problem for light sleepers. As with pretty much all hotels in Italy the breakfast isn't great either but it was no worse than other Italian hotels I've stayed in.
Review 16：Great location, a two minute walk to the historic town centre which is full of nice bars and good restaurants. The staff were friendly and informative (able to recommend good places to eat etc). Great view of the bay from my first floor room.
Review 17：Poor breakfast. I know that Italians do not eat much for breakfast but assuming there were foreigners in there, it could have been more varied. No fruits, no veggies, nothing hot. Only flakes, and dry open cakes with jam, yogurts, some processed cheese; The towels were not absolutely clean; As the hotel is close to the highway, in some rooms its impossible to fall asleep even with the windows closed.
Review 18：The location of the hotel is perfect for those who do not drive a car and prefer public transport to get to the places of interest; The hotel is close to the bay, its nice to go out in the morning and see the sea and Tavolara Island; Nice to walk along the embankment in the night after a day full of adventures; The service is good, always helpful. When i needed to change the room for the quieter one, there was no problem at all; The stuff was helpful - explaining the roads, directions, transport, etc.; Lots of restaurants and pizzerias close to the hotel, also a nice supermarket; Close to the airport, so if you need to book some trip through CiaoSardegna whose office is at the aiport, no problem to reach it within a very short time; There was a little fridge in both rooms i lived in, so i could store fruits, water, etc; There was a hair drier, so for any woman who doesnt want to carry one with her in a suitcase, its a good option; The stuff was trying to speak more Italian with me knowing that I enjoy the language:)
Review 19：The rooms are dreadful, the ones at the front with a "sea view" are over the largest and loadest road in Olbia, the bathrooms are mouldy, the bed covers above the sheets are disgusting, the TV is probably from the 1980s, the air conditioning did not work, the whole hotel needs an update from when it was seeminlgy built in the 1970s, the breakfast was two choices of cereal, slices of processed ham, slices of packeted processed cheese, a yoghurt and stale role, and there was very little service or hospitality

Review 25：The price is reasonable and the room comfortable. We have stayed at the hotel 3 times when we are leaving Sardinia. It is a short walk to the main historical street. The staff are very nice and speak good English.Now there is a bus to the airport in a small piazza that is an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom had a bathtub which is unusual for Italian hotels. We had to leave early so we did not have breakfast although they said it would be ready at 6:30. We took a taxi from the bus stop but could have walked.
Review 26：We asked to pay for a single occupancy because we needed the room only for a few hours before the flight we had that night and They allowed it though we were a couple and the room was big and comfortable. There is a big supermarket nearby with all kinds of prepared food and many pastries and delicacies We thank the management for this and if we are in Olbia again we will definitely be back !!!!
Review 27：Too expensive. I had to leave for the airport really early in the morning and had already paid for everything. I asked a lady in reception if I could have the receipt the night before since I had to leave so early. She didn't want to give me the receipt and was kind of rude about it. She only made the receipt after I kept insisting. I asked the receptionist information about how to get to the airport the next morning and she informed me that the only way to get there that early in the morning was by taxi which had to be reserved the evening before. So I asked her if she could reserve a taxi for 5.45 the next morning. She told me that she wasn't sure 'her' driver was available at that hour. She then asked me my flight details and told me that I could go to the airport later. I was thinking that if her driver wasn't available she could easily call another driver. I have worked in a hotel as a doorman and I've definitely never asked any hotel guest what time their flight was when they told me that they wanted a taxi at a certain time. It is considered inappropriate and unprofessional. If a client asks for a taxi at 5.45 you make sure there is a taxi at 5.45 without asking the guest any further questions. Only if a guest asks you for information regarding the taxi should you get involved.

Review 31：This hotel is in a good location in the Olbia centre and just 10 min drive from the airport. The personnel was very helpful. We have asked for a quiet room and received it. The rooms a clean hence quite modestly equipped. Good breakfast.

Review 98：The hotel is really outdated. Even their booking system consisted of a handwritten book were they crossed over your name when you had arrived. Everything was old and blue (walls, bathroom, curtains, headboard etc). The doors was really hard to open from the inside, and we once thought we were looked in. Our daughter became sick throwing up, and we asked to keep one of our two rooms a little longer (until 1 pm), but did not get to. The breakfast was really bad, cheese, jam and some croissants.
Review 99：The location is really good, short walk to the shopping streets, and only 2 min drive to the port. We got a quick confirmation when we booked, that we could get two rooms next to eachother.
Review 100：It was our second time staying at the hotel. We got a room overlooking the lagoon by choice even though it is a little noisy from traffic if you leave the windows open. We liked the view of the lagoon. The big room and bathroom were very comfortable and modern. We arrived early and we were accommodated with early check in. We were given a room with two twins as well as a double bed so it was quite roomy for two people. The furniture and decor are pleasing. The people at the front desk were all helpful and nice. Breakfast was good and started very early which was good since we had an early flight. I will stay here again when I return to Olbia.
Review 101：Breakfast was a bit of a joke. One very unhelpful woman very rushed and flustered - asked for a spoon and some milk several times - and food was a bread roll and a yoghurt. Reception staff made a small effort to help me get to my next destination but only as far as pointing me towards tourist information, forgetting to mention that it was shut. Granted the hotel was busy, but perhaps more staff would have been able to handle such questions in a timely and not so rushed manner.

Review 103：If you choose a room with a sea-view, it can be quite noisy as the main road in and out from Olbia goes just in front of the hotel. The staff explicitely mentioned this when giving the room - we prefered sea-view instead of a garden-view which supposed to be much more quiet.

The location of the hotel is excellent - the historic centre is 5 minutes walk. Also it's close to the sea, there is no beach though. The hotel has an own underground garage in front of the main entrance.
Review 105：They kind of cheat with prices in minibar. It was written something like "2 coche 2 euro". We understood that 2 bottles of coke cost 2 euros. In fact, it was one botle that cost 2 euros. nd the same thing with water, beer, etc. As for the rest, everything was all right.
