Review 1：The proprietor was busy planning cards with her friends rather than look after us checking in and giving us information such as where to find dinner. She held onto our passports overnight as she was "too busy" (see previous sentence) although I asked for them back. She also left them on the counter until she got around to dealing with them. Maybe she could learn to photocopy.
Review 2：Absolutely love the view from the breakfast room overseeing the vineyards, the Dolomites and the Alps. Can't beat this view! The location could not be better. Just two blocks from the center of Appiano and right on the main bike path through the region. Close to nice restaurants and small shops.
