Review 1：Very poor mobile connection. Mainly, in the room I was not reachable at all.

Review 2：Nice and calm place to take a rest. Stunning view on the way from Carrara side. Receptionist spoke english only very little, anyway, she was very kind and helpful. Personally I liked breakfast, with fresh vaffels, cakes, and etc, which is very sweet, and for meat lovers wouldnt be a best choise.

Review 3：Surrounding on location (including the fort) is tidy and clean but the viewpoint to the beach is very trashy, dirty, messy. Beach and harbour only accesable by car.

Review 7：Room was for handicapped. The toilettes wer4e so high - i don't believe handicapped person would have been able to use them. if you are below 1.7 - you feet are in air... Also the room itself is built of concrete - looks a bit like a bomb shelter - but nicely decorated.

Review 9：We visited the Italian coast for our honeymoon and stayed at Il Fortino for 3 nights. It was perfect. We enjoy small, out of the way hotels. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in Europe especially given the small size of the Il Fortino. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Monte Marcello is a charming small village that is without large crowds. The only drawback of the village is a lack of a quality place to eat. However, we had great good just down the road in either Bocca di Magra or La Spezia. Highly recommended Il Fortino.

Review 10：Very nonprofessional staff. Manager never had on-site. We had to back to my country and left motel after one night, but when I'd like to return money for other nights (I paid for 5 nights) manager didn't answer me. Furthermore he didn't answer to booking.com support.

Review 11：far away from city and beach, if you are not sport person do not listen staff and do not go to "black beach" it is dangerous wifi doesnt work, it works just for few minutes after our arrival

Review 13：Temperatures were at 35 C and the Air Conditioner was not working during or 4 day stay despite requests to have it repaired. No external windows in rooms. No Coffee/Tea facilities in rooms and reception closes at 7pm, so no service after that time.

Review 15：Wifi kept dropping off. Information and recommendations from staff and leaflet unhelpful. For instance they highly recommended a restaurant which was extremely difficult to find and when we did finally did get there it was closed! By this time it was relatively to look for other dinner options! Recommend that they include a map on their information pack. If not for this it would a been a faultless stay

Review 20：pretty little Hotel with an awesome breakfast buffet! I loved everything about my stay. The village is a little remote but still well conected. This way it is not overrun by tourists. The hotel itself is brand new and very nicely decorated. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely come back.

Review 23：Wifi is only around 8 meters from the reception, but and the end of theday, when the Iron Doors are closed, the wifi connection is almost gone.Also no GSM-area. So it is hard to connect with the rest of the World.

Review 24：The lady of the house, makes it a good hotel.The rooms are new, clean and the shower and bed is excellent. During this week the plastic bords and knives were replaced with real bords and knives. So it becomes more an eco-hotel. The breakfast is for Italic Experience great, but no eggs..

Review 25：There was absolutely no wifi signal inside the room. We had to sit outside or in the lobby in order to get any signal. Rooms were a bit noisy, when you hear your next door neighbour snoring...
