Review 1：The staff dont speak at all English!! The wi-fi its not good you can not park in front of the hotel

Review 3：The spooky place - in the middle of industrial zone, warehouses and office buildings, maybe good for business travellers but definitely not for family with kids. Based on other opinions I didn't expect 4 starts hotel (still don't know who let then keep 4 starts) but this place completely haven't meet my expectations. The reception is at backdoor of the building. Very unpleasent smell outside the building - probably from nearby factories (chemical smell). Strange receptionist asking us to have breakfest first in the morning and then to pay and take away our luggage from the room (weird sequence). Uncomfortable beds , very soft and used (even 2 or 3 stars hotel shouldn't offer such beds).Automatic wakeup system in the room - phone ringing at 7am pushing you to have breakfest - like asking to eat and leave (arrogant functionality). Leaking water from in-room airconditioning. All above make it the last hope only if you stay without place to overnight in the middle of the road. Avoid such places.

Review 11：The wifi was not working in the room. Moreover the flusher was a bit broken and was not working all the time. Not all the staff knew good English was sometimes it was difficult to communicate. Finally, the mattress was not the best I have slept on....

Review 13：We checked in very very late so the 24hr reception was ideal. The room was large and clean with a good sized bathroom and free wifi access.The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet . There was a lovely restaurant attached to the hotel.
Review 14：It's ideally located near the motorway. It has parking nearby which is safe. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant next door, with access from the hotel. The pizza is the best!

Review 24：Was not too difficult to find as long as you didn't rely upon sat nav alone as the side road the hotel was located on was off the road advised by the acutal address fortunately there was a small sign indicating the hotel, this wasn't easy at night after several hours on the road.
Review 25：The rooms and ensuite were imaculate and seemed to be recently furbished. We arrived late in the evening and headed straight to the restaurant which was open late and offered a great selection of pizzas as well as an extensive menu priced very competitively and of good quality.
