Review 1：unable to go up to restaurant because of steps and they charged 20 eu for room service for me to eat downstairs yet breakfast was included

Review 3：The heat didn't work during the night so the place get very cold; the bathroom was not clean and had snails. The staff is not available to answer at clients request by email before the arrival, check-out is on booking listed as between 9 to 11, at the place is only at 10.00AM which is very inconvenient

Review 5：It was a great experience. The town, the staff and the trullo itself. The only down side was that I could not get any hot water in the shower. And the trullo itself needed a good scrubbing. Overall I would recommend this agency!

Review 8：Lack of hospitality, no flexibility on arrival time--we arrived at 1.30, called ahead, but were left with no entry until four o'clock. Check out--we were waiting for 35 minutes. The interior needs a little updating. We seemed at the service of the staff rather than the other way.

Review 10：It's necessary to call ahead for check-in, which can be inconvenient. At check-out, which is 9am - 10am, the person didn't arrive until 9:10 am. It would seem if you're only scheduled for an hour you could be there for the full hour.
