Review 6：The most service minded staff ever experienced at a similar hotel - reagardless whether in reception, restaurant, room service or at the pool. Huge buffet for breakfast and lunch, good gym and nice pool.

Review 7：The salt in the salt shaker was completely rusted and the food tasted very bad. please look into the food quality. the room is very old style and the shower cubical seems like u are gonna be suffocated there it is very small. The coffe which was served was tasting as bad as water from the washroom it was very bad in all a very bad experience. you guys need to step it up there are lots of good hotels which are there for the customers.

Review 15：wifi was paid, not free. Our TV wasn't working and despite two complaints, it was not rectified the same day,and we did without it for one evening. Stingy with milk powder, tea bags, sugar for the coffee maker. Barely enough for 1 cup each. Did not top up shower gel, so ran short on second day.

Review 56：The service in the coffee shop is terrible and too slow. I caled for an adapter one night it never came. After the 4th call I had to walk down to reception to ask this was almost midnight. Then they finally brought it up.

Review 60：1.) The hotel is trying to conserve electricity. The hotel lobby is dark with only few lights was on. 2.) The sofa at the lobby was too old. 3.) My room's toilet was smelly. 4.) The hotel staff is not well trained. It took me 15 mins to check in. She mistakenly think that I am checking in with my colleague and initially given only one room key to two of us. 5.) The hotel is poorly maintenance.

Review 61：The bed was rather hard, wifi should be complimentary, as per most business hotels these days. The food, esp. the breakfast buffet was quite mediocre, the bread for toast was stale, the tea and especially the coffee was very weak.
