Review 1：The room was too austere, not cosy, it needs to be more modern. No wi-fi in the room, only in common room. When you come in to the reception you immediately feel not fresh smell.

Review 7：We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The owners don't speak much English but happily helped us along with a bit of Google Translate. Clean rooms, quiet and calm atmosphere, see views, 30 secs from the beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Location very like a village,close to a town. Hire a car if you like a bit more going on.

Review 8：Noise. Unfortunatelly the days we stayed in the house next to the hotel decided to strim the trees which was very noisy. Airplanes is another issue but the rest of the day is quiet.

Review 10：we really missed a shelf inthe bathroom as we had to put everything either on the floor or in the cupboard at the entrance. Some rooms had moskito nets on the bathroom window, these should be put up on all bathroom windows.

Review 14：Lovely hosts, great location a two minute walk to a quiet sandy beach, five minute walk to bus stop (bus line into Olbia), ten minute walk to a handful of tasty pizza and seafood restaurants. Comfy beds and immaculate bathrooms. Nice breakfast.

Review 18：The hotel was awesome!! The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The bus stop is just a short distance and runs regularly until 8:30 pm but taxis are also available. The room was a good size and the private section of the beach was very close. The WiFi works decently in the main lobby area. I would definitely come back again!

Review 21：Review for a single, basic room. This place was immaculately presented with spacious air conditioned rooms and very comfortable king sized beds. There is also a handy fridge, TV, balcony and french doors. I can't express how clean it was! Hats off to them. As for the welcome- all staff were incredibly warm, friendly, attentive and a delight to be around. Location wise- it's a hop and skip away from a beautiful little beach, a local supermarket and a variety of restaurants to suit every pocket. You will need a car for visiting tourist attractions- but then you would wherever you stay on the island. The breakfast was awesome! Fruits, pastries (to die for), cereals, breads, meats, cheese...the list goes one. I genuinely loved my stay here and think management have got the running of this place down to a fine art. It's basic done incredibly well. I wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend!

Review 22：Nothing interesting to see within a walking distance, in a hotel room you hear practically every little noise from other rooms (even normal speaking) therefore it's almost impossible to sleep

The wife had a better understanding but was not always available. We would definitely recommend the hotel and location to family and anyone who likes a quite location.

Review 52：The courtesy and help of the two owners. Then earnest to the beach and personal sun beds. The room was kept spotless and thoroughly cleaned every day. The waffle towels in the bathroom were thick and brilliant white and changed each day. Breakfast was good and an evening meal would be an advantage.

Review 57：There are limited places to eat in Pittulongu if you are on foot, and when I visited in mid-sept some of the beachside bars were only open at weekends or not at all. Some small negative points; the sea view was limited, the double bed was two single beds together, the hotel bar was never open, and I had to ask before I was shown the 'private' bit of beach.

Review 58：The hotel is in a great location for the beach and the hotel has its own private (roped off) piece of beach with sunbeds and umbrellas for €5 a day. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was always helpful.

The sandy beach is really clean and the water is warm and beautifully clear. The staff are the best you will find anywhere - really helpful with everything. Very good breakfast too.
