Review 1：Liked your restaurant. Food was really good. The waiter was professional. The room was superb and staff at counter very helpful and friendly. We are coming back.
Review 2：Hotel booked for a short stop of one night for work.In my room for some problem the heating was off and the room was very cold. I told this to the lady at reception (likely the mother of the owner) and she gave me... a small PORTABLE HEATER. I didnt want to be unpolite and i thanked her. At dinner I spoke with the waiter which was clearly her son and told I wish a new room which was available. The new room was refurbished and nicer. My first question is: why if the hotel is half empty newer rooms are not given to clients??? To show them the worst available? Another really BAD issue is that the lady at reception stays in small room on the main corridor. This horrible room is the first room seen by ANY client, it must be covered with a tent!!! I enclose pictures. Change of mentality of the owners necessary, the hotel wouldnt be bad.

Review 5：The room was very dirty, it had an awful smell, carpet was old and stained, toilet was dirty and stained, balcony door came off hinge, The room did not come with free wifi as this was written in the booking reference, once spoken to reception they said i had to pay 3 euros for each person staying if i needed this once i explained it was in with the price and showed him he still said no.

Review 14：The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke which lingered in the rooms. The front street was busy with loud talking of pedestrians and noisy cars into the late evening. Smoking was allowed in the restaurant both inside and out which came up the open hallway and in through the windows in the room that faced the street. Internet could not be received in the room in the front of the building. We has to used the hallway to receive internet reception. You had to pay extra for more than one device using the internet in each room. The carpeting throughout the hotel was old and worn. The shower curtain in one room was moldy.
Review 15：Dinner in the dining room was really good. The staff was very helpful in helping us find a local area to go fishing. Free parking was just down the street. Breakfast was included and was decent. Coffee was good.

Review 18：Breakfast was very frugal. Price shown on booking.com was not the real price, although we booked a family room (2 adults and 2 children), we were asked to pay additionally for 15 euros per child for the reason that children are more than 3 years, although this amount is paid for extrabed. As we showed we booked a room for 4 people with 4 beds and extrabeds not needed. I was too tired when we reached the hotel to have the power to reconsider terms of accommodation, so I paid the amount requested at reception, although it was not due. in this case I do not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
