Review 1：When driving west from the hotel, you need to take a 10km road which is narrow and a little scary at night.

Review 2：The woman at the reception was sweet and kind. The room was very spacious.

Review 3：If driving, satnavs arrive at the main street address from which no entry is possible. One must drive past and turn in behind the main road.

Review 8：Hotel doesn't charge for private parking, but there are only about 4 or 5 places available. Parking in the back street is also free of charge, but sometimes it can get tricky to find a free parking place in close proximity.

Review 9：Very kind and helpful family running the hotel. Very clean, nice swimming pool, and good location in Lovran. Very close to the Lungomare, 400m from the town center, and about 5km from Opatija. Rijeka can also be visited easily (by car or bus), and if you don't mind driving a little bit, you can also visit the islands of Cres and Krk.

Review 12：The standard of the hotel is very high let down a bit by the quality of the breakfast which was adequate. The juices were poor quality and the meats/cheeses not great quality. This seems nitpicking but the only reason I could give for not saying this is the perfect hotel. It is also exceptional value.

Review 13：We loved the hotel so much we extended our stay twice. The lady at the desk could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Due to our extensions we ended up staying in 3 different bedrooms including the suites. Each of them was outstanding and very large (we didn't stay in the best rooms and suites!). The location is right beside a pleasant small beach where the sea was very clean and it was quite busy. There is a 12Km path along the coast which is the most scenic and beautiful seaside path we have ever scene. At night it is lit by lamps the whole way. There are small coves, bars, restaurants, harbours scattered along the path . The path is about the width of 3 people walking abreast. The hotel has free parking and good wifi. The reception suggested good places to visit and excellent restaurants.

Nice breakfast served outside on the teracce, good wi-fi and free parking. There is also a perfect covered pool - the hotel does not have many rooms, thus usually we were alone by the pool what is a plus. To sum up it was a great stay.

Review 32：I do not know where to begin to write. Villa is gorgeous and beautifully decorated with flowers. Car parking is provided within the villa. The service, friendliness, cleanliness and everything else are at their peak. Every morning at breakfast welcome you and some of the domestic pie which is a nice gesture. Breakfast was plentiful and everyone can find something. Regularity of the villa is perfect. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds are excellent, enough pillows. The bathroom is beautiful and grand. Towels, bathrobes and slippers all there as well as cosmetics. Balconies nice and large with a view of the sea that is the view of the park and part of the sea .. The only small complaint is that the TV is so big and nice room a bit too small and the square format. The pool and whirlpool are covered that is in the greenhouse and they are very clean, the pool illuminated at night and large enough. Below the pool there are saunas that are also clean. In the space that is beautifully designed, there are infra sauna, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath and showers. The entire interior is nicely designed and has a soothing effect last day was very difficult to get out of such a beautiful and comfortable villa. Be sure to come back again in the spring.

Review 38：The only down side was the the weak internet in our room which I do not understand why they cannot improve but it was ok at the reception area so I managed.

Review 39：This place was great for the 2 night stay. The staff was very helpful and kind especially Dunya which was great. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day traveling. They even oferred to keep it open after 10 pm for us but we didn't need to stay that long. I usually don't mention beds but I do this time because they were exceptionally comfortable for a good night sleep.

Review 45：We werden supervriendelijk ontvangen en kregen uitleg in goed Engels. Voor de dame van het onthaal was niks te veel. Je kon er echt alles aan vragen. We zaten in de suite op de vierde etage en deze beviel ons enorm ! Veel ruimte, 2 badkamers, 3 slaapkamers,zalige bedden, kamerjassen, badsloefjes... alles is aanwezig om je verblijf top te maken. Het gebruik van de sauna is gratis , je hoefde enkel een half uurtje van tevoren even een seintje te geven aan het onthaal. Er waren ook gratis strandhanddoeken beschikbaar. Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd en zeer verzorgd.

Review 46：Wi-fi was functioning, but somehow erratic. However, that's peanuts compared to the overall experience. And, anyway, whole Croatia seems to have a wi-fi problem.

Review 47：The lady at the reception (seemingly part of the owner family) had just the service one wants: perfectly accommodating and helpful, while not going into intrusiveness and false smiles. At the end of the stay, she managed to come to the parking to greet us. As I forgot my shoes: the cleaning lady had rushed to inform her and she rushed to call me on my mobile to tell me that. That speaks volumes of the good service culture given to the cleaners and this hotel's desire to do what's best for the guests. The hotel is also clean, very near the beach, set in very nice scenery. Strongly recommended.

Review 112：This is a charming, small family hotel in an excellent location for touring the Istrian Peninsula. If you like white starched bed sheets, tablecloth, daily cookies in your spotlessly clean, very comfortable rooms and wonderful personal attention from the staff, this is the place. The personal attention cannot be stressed enough. Whenever we wanted anything at all, the manager was somehow always there to take care of our needs. Our room overlooked the garden and the Adriatic Sea. The beach was a short walk from the entrance through a small park. You could walk miles/km-s on the shore. Actually you could walk to Opatija, which is about 6 km from the hotel. Opatija was nice to visit, but since it was more crowded with way larger hotels, we were very happy that we stayed in this hotel.(By the way there is a public bus if you don't want to drive around). The breakfast in the hotel was excellent, fresh fruit and freshly made bakery products, along with cold cuts,cheeses, etc. The eggs were also made fresh for us, anyway we wanted. We enjoyed the dinner as well, especially the breaded chicken and veal. We would like to return and spend a relaxing week here.

Review 113：A wonderful villa with great location..just a few meters from the beach which is great for small children. We also enjoyed the pool. A small city of Lovran is just a few km away, short walk on the lungomare. We will come back for sure!
