Review 2：Everything was perfect. The bed sheets where changed every two days. Cleanliness was done every day.It was the perfect vacation, relaxing, very quiet area, sea view, 5 min to the best beach in Corfu. The owner and the staff are very kind and nice. Highly Recommend! :D

Review 6：If you want an accommodation that is pretty, clean, very close to the most beautiful beach of Corfu, and with lovely hosts, then look no further – Villa Anneta is where you want to be! Gregory and his son Alex run this place impeccably, and the cleaning staff (clean towels every other day) are all extremely nice and smiley! We arrived with the bus from Corfu Town at Perivoli at 10 pm and Alex came and picked us up with his car. And even would have brought us to the bus station again early in the morning on the day of our departure (we hired a car for the last days, so that wasn't necessary). More helpful hosts are difficult to find. Gardenos beach is a 2 km long sandy beach with lovely warm water – there are very few people on the beach once you move away from the sunbed area. Gardenos has a very low-key nightlife and is very quiet at night, which is exactly what we wanted. There are 4 tavernas, a bar, and a small supermarket, all within a 5-minute walk next to the beach. Prices are extremely affordable.
Review 7：The appartement is very good situated 5 min. from the beach away, 2 min. from the supermarket. The rooms are very clean and goed supplied ! The owners were really incredibly kind ! A perfect stay ! Thank you very much therefore !
Review 8：We had a great time at the villa, the owners are very nice and their son Alex is always helpful (he was kind enough to drive us to the bus stop for Corfu Town, as we did not want to rent a car and he also took us to Lefkimi the day we left, and he would not accept any payment in return)...the rooms are clean and pretty big, the area in which the villa is located is quiet and it is also close to the beach and the taverns...there is also a super market on the way to the beach...make sure you go to the village and have a bite at the Agrotica Grill Pizzeria, where you will find the best pizza you have ever tasted and also have a cocktail at the Meltemi Bar, where they make your cocktails just the way you want them...we had a very nice vacation, thank you Alex and also thanks to your entire family, Alexandra and Gabi
Review 9：Very nice apartments situated just near the best beach on Corfu island. There are 4 tavernas and a supermarket in 100 meters away from the hotel. Apartment was well equiped with all necessary to have a superb vocations. Very friendly hotel owners.

Review 21：A fabulous place away from the loud and busy resorts. Fantastic sea view from balcony and we could hear the waves at night time. Apartment cleaned on every second day including bed change and towels. Free mosquito repellents in the room and use of barbeque area in the garden.a short walk to the lovely sandy beach and big supermarket within 10mins drive.the owner welcoming and friendly, was making sure we are having a relaxing holiday! Highly recommended.
Review 22：Lots of mosquitoes in the evening and bees during the day, making it difficult to stay on the beautiful balcony (but it's a problem of the island in general). Sometimes the cleaning lady came in late (12-13:00) when we came back with the kids from the beach so the room wasn't cleaned (but that is not a big problem, as the room was cleaned about every 2 days).
Review 23：Very good location (200 m from the beach and a mini market in between, a few taverns around). Owners are very friendly and always helpful. Room is clean and well equipped. Good view of the sea from the balcony. Decent parking. Nice yard.

Review 26：It was simple a little place of Haven. The Villa is situated near the best beach of Corfu, with a lot of restaurants. The silence in Villa was totally, at night you can hear the sound of the waves, and the sound of the insects. The Villa ovners hospitality is overhelming. The kindness of Sofia and Grigori is just like in fairy tales. As we read before on Booking.com, from the first day Sofia had bring us a lot of vegetables, tomatos, and fruits, oil and house wine. There was hot watter at any hour. The cleaning of the rooms was made almost daily. At leaving, Sofia give us even gifts to remember our vacation. The wi-fi signal was withouth any problem, evidently not for downloading large files, but absolutelly enough for daily browsing. The phone signal was not present in any place of the Villa, but the ovners told us from the first day where can rich the maximum signal, and there was no problem to call, or be called on phone. On the beach there is no problem with phone signal. Anyway, who needs to be called all the time in a vacation? I can tell for sure, that was the best place for us in Greece. We will certanly go back to Villa Anneta with the first ocasion. Thank you Sofia and Grigori!
Review 27：The owner (Alexandros) and his father are REALLY kind and polite. They picked us up without wanting any additional fee, welcomed us in a very nice manner and brought us back to the bus stop when we checked out! The room was so clean and really have high value for the amount that we paid. A really nice sandy beach is just 3 mins walking with a nice bar and 4 tavernas in front of it. This hotel is perfect if you have your own transportation or wants to have a perfect relaxing holiday due to its quiet and a bit 'out of the city' location.
Review 28：The specific place where the villa is placed is very poor in phone signal. Most of the time I do not have signal when I was in my room. Room also do not have TV and we have problems with Wi-Fi. Most of the time he did not work. I understand it is a problem with provider. In final they fix it and work but at very slow speed. They told me they have a 2 MB subscription. I have a 1 GB subscription in my house so I am maybe a little demanding but I was with another family and we both have children 14yo and 17yo and they need a good connection to be in contact with their team mates. They manage finally with the Wi-Fi from tavern and with Villa Anneta and it were Ok. We also have problems with hot water but when we told to them they find out the solar panel have some problems (the electric heater inside was broken) and they fix it in 2 or 3 days. After that there was no problem.
Review 29：It is a very good accommodation for the people who want basic. You will find there a small kitchen with almost anything from plates to spoons, pot’s etc if you want to cook. The bathroom is typical for Greek islands with shower, everything in a small place but enough if you are not a very very large person. Region Vitalades is cheap than north of island and you will have very close a large beach with tavern almost in every direction. We find one for evening at 100m with big portion and good price but we eat at other too and the big portion is almost every ware and the same price. Maybe we like the taste more and the personal from there that make everything for us including other meals than it was in the book. Just to feel well and to come back. And we go back. Regarding the accommodation is also on our list to go back in the future. We are spending our holidays in each summer for 14 days in Greek island but all the time in other place. Between Thasos, Lefkada and this one, Corfu, we consider this on first place, Thasos second and Lefkada 3-rd. Maybe because the price in Lefkada were bigger and the meals not so tasty than here. Must mention the place is very clean. They change towels and sheets 3 times a week, more than 5 star Turkish hotels. Personnel are also very responsive at your needs and make everything to feel good. I must mention than you will not need to use the AC if you are staying with balcony door open because in the night is chill and you will sleep very well. Rooms have AC anyway.

Review 31：Next to the very wide and peaceful sandy beach. Always light wind and meter high waves. Clean room with very well equiped kitchen. My kid loved double bed that much she said that this people probably loves kids since they pleased them.
Review 32：- the balcony has no privacy from the adjacent balcony (other rooms have separations between their balconies) - the internet was not working for 2 days and slow for the rest of the time - if you have a room on the ground floor, the water pipes from the first floor room are passing through your bathroom and you can hear water running everytime the guest above uses the bathroom. This can be annoying if the guest above uses the bathroom early in the morning. - for the price you pay, you get a basic room with basic furniture, this is not the place for you if you are expecting anything fancy. This is just a place to sleep, hopefully you are spending most of your waking time wondering in the island, not staying in this room.
