Review 5：Hotel is too far from the lifts. The shuttle Service was fast, always on time and more or less available when it was needed. However, there are some breaks with no service at all, and one must always have an eye on the watch (this reduces the fun on the slopes).

Review 6：Staff was extremely friendly and efficient! In contrast to other comments the WIFI worked perfectly (my daughter is a maniac in downloading TV shows). Quality of Food was way above average even for Italian standards.

Review 7：Some things not even a good staff can fix. For example, the room was uncomfortable from a furniture standpoint including bad bed, bad living room, etc. Further, the iNet was absolutely horrible. During an average email, I would be disconnected 2-4 times. Lastly, the expense for all this was incredibly high. I am not one to look at prices - but, Cristallo ensures you can't ignore the price vs poor value ratio.

Review 9：The wonderful people who take care of everything. They help you rent and pick skiing gear which is delivered and picked up for you. You just have to put it on and when you return, food, fruit and Wine is waiting for you. The swimming pool and sauna are great, again fresh fruit and variety of teas always available.

Review 28：We were disappointed as the hotel looked nothing like the photos. Snow covered the hotel and no sign to help you recognize it. The room interior is old and bed feels like a rock. Driving was a nightmare we had a little accident 4 KM away from the hotel and when we called them all they said is to call the police. As a result, this hotel is over-rated, expensive, and not worth it. I recommend to stay in different hotel

Review 30：Our family spent 11 days at the Cristallo Hotel. We loved it for the following reasons: - The view: When you wake up and you have the Tofane mountains in front of you culminating at 3,244m, you can only have a good day. - The food is excellent, comes with large portions and can be as diverse as you want it to be. Our favorites: the turbot al forno with potatoes, tomatoes and olives; And the burrata as a starter. - The service: The restaurant staff really looked after us. Thank you to Vincenzo, Paolo, Mario, Giuseppe, Lorena and Valentina for their great service. - The hiking experiences: Seek advice from the friendly concierges. We used the telecabins and chair lifts, which took us at the top of the various mountains surrounding Cortina d'Ampezzo (Tofane, Faloria and Cristallo) and we now have beautiful memories from our 2-5 hours hiking experiences and the related sightseeing. - Finally, we had a sunny weather pretty much during the whole stay.

Review 33：There was no iron in the room (apparently common thing in luxurious hotels in Italy neither the kettle. Sky Tv didn't work properly. Temperature in the room was a bit to high and a bit dry air. People cleaning our room constantly arranged our private things like birthday card or perfumes according to their wish - what was a bit annoying.

It was the most elegant hotel we ve ever stayed in. Beautiful design, great spa, stunning view on the mountains from the room 206. Free shuttle car to the centre all day .
