Review 1：Overall the resort lacks "coziness". Would have like to add some warmth, cushions, pillows, nice textiles, especially on baloconies, terraces and the garden. Also there's a big empty platform by the lake, why not put daybeds with nice flowy textiles for shade? No restaurant overlooking the lake, it would have been nice to have breakfast and dine by the lake.

Review 2：We stayed 3 nights at Ramada Cochin at the beginning of our 3 week long holiday in Kerala. A perfect resort situated just by the backwaters ovelooking the lakes, very quiet off the roads, perfect for relaxing and acclimatize after the long flight and before starting our roadtrip. Great pool area! Kids were thrilled! Good food at the restaurants, lovely staff! Beautiful rooms, slept very well!

Review 7：Hotel is very far away from everything. Had a few problems during my stay including being massively overcharged and staff were not apologetic nor did they try to make amends. Pool bar is closed. Service is very slow. Wifi is poor. Everything is very overpriced.

Review 9：The resort is a forty minute cab ride away from Cochin centre and they work exclusively with one taxi service of which the bill gets added automatically to your room. This means they overcharge and depending on how busy it gets waiting time can get ridiculous (I waited 45 minutes for my cab). Staff is friendly but overall rather inefficient as drinks take forever to get served.

Review 11：The massage was not as great. We just had oil lathered over our body but no muscle tension released. It was too expensive too.

Review 19：Resort has two restaurants A Mexican and a Continental, the Mexican was not open during the two nights I stayed there. Apparently it was under renovation. Similarly, our room as at the back corner of the resort where they were building a wedding tent, it was noisy during the day and even noisier at the at night due to the actual event itself - the balcony was literally overlooking the wedding stage. Also the resort is a little away from the city and very limited transportation options(which is good for some).

Review 25：Its so far away from the city & takes an eternity to reach there. The approach road is so bad. Rooms are not so good, you need to walk around a lot to reach the front desk. I had paid full amount before check in still they asked me to pay !!! they are so prompt to wind up the buffet breakfast. Nothing is available if you walk in at 10:31 am

Review 32：I went there for my wedding photogrpahy outdoor shoot as per my photographers suggestion. They charged Rs 6000 for the same. There was no such a charge a few months before. This is a new policy which they have introduced and is a very stupid idea. There is nothing worth 6000 to shoot there. So i would never recommend Ramada resorts for outdoor shoot to anyone. There are plenty of other resorts whom offer the same for free. So thumbs down for ramada.

Review 34：The place is quite far off from the airport. Hence had to travel almost an hour and a half from there to reach the place. For a single day stay this was a bit too much.

I tried "Sport Massage' but seems to me the facilitator has no experience and doing massage in insufficient practice. - Drain out of the Washbasin was blocked and I had to call the maintenance to fix that kept me waiting for 1 hour maintenance duration but finally not done well. - Too mush mosquitoes at night in the garden and balcony.

Review 58：Reservation thro booking .com entails additional charges for breakfast( most others include breakfast ).the first room we checked into had a broken toilet seat but were promptly moved into another upon request. Not much variety in terms of beer or liquor .Entry to bar restricted to above 21 not good for family with kids). On the whole it's a good resort but could have been better..

Review 59：Food was good, location is good as well, close to city but away from the din . Cottages are nicely located . Swimming pool is well planned.

Review 60：We booked a 'superior' double room, but were quite shocked by how run down the room was given this hotel advertises as being 5 star. The bathroom sink had a crack and was badly water stained. Some of the furniture in the room were chipped and marked. The only thing that you could see from the room window was the dirty roof of the next building a few feet away. Quite disappointed.

Lucky we did not take it.The price in Alleppey was 6000 inr, and we were only interested in adaytrip... So we did not need a houseboat. Also we took a taxi tofort kochi on the last day. I found it disappointing to pay for thefull trip...
