Review 1：Too small, Sofa bed was cracking. The balcony window is the main entrance to the apartment. Too expensive considering the value.
Review 2：The staff was unusually kind and helpful. He answered phone even after 21:00 and came to room with sofa bed linen. I really appreciated.
Review 3：Unusable WiFi. Misrepresented photos of beautiful places which are not near this property. Tiny soap/shampoo.... come on! One roll of toilet paper... come on! Misinformed about closeness to the beach, was told 2 minutes by walk.... come on! I had to drive 15 minutes to a decent beach. No elevator to the 3rd floor.

Review 5：It is walking distance from the beach, close to where river meets the sea. A bit more relaxed than the crowded beaches nearby and evenings are private. Number of good restaurants at walking distance. An excellent base to travel to Cinque Terre and Pisa but would need a car.
