Review 1：No lift haul bags to room

Review 2：The Erhardt Panzió is in an excellent location close to the inner old city, has an excellent restaurant, and provides free secure parking. All town sites are walking distance. Only has 9 rooms, but they are very clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a very good menu, along with an excellent selection of local wines.

Review 8：Loved the central location, the excellent and enthusiastic staff and great kitchen. Emese was an outstanding waitress. Its is located in a historic building.

Review 9：Our main problem was with the room we were given. It was very small with access to the bed up a few steps onto a kind of mezzanine arrangement. You could not stand up in this area as the ceiling was very low. The room was clearly a single room that had a false ceiling put in to accommodate a double bed. It was very claustrophobic. Wi-Fi was non-existent.

Review 23：The staff were very helpful and assisted in carrying our luggage up the stairs without being asked. The room was very comfortable with air con, breakfast was good and there was free and secure car parking. It is not on site but only a 2-3 minute walk away. Best though was the restaurant. This was the best food we have had since we left Melbourne 11 weeks ago. The first nights meal,was so good, that even when we moved to another hotel for our 2nd night stay (this hotel was unfortunately booke out) we came back for dinner and were not disappointed!

Review 62：Parking is located not in the hotel, it was inconvenient to walk with the luggage in cold. No shower gel. No fridge. Beds were not comfortable. It was cold in the room when we entered it, but the employee of the hotel helped us to switch it on and then it became more comfortable

Review 64：At first, we waited at the check out counter and the staff seemedsurprised that we would want something from them (to check in), eventhough we clearly had luggage, were waiting, and indicating that wewanted help. Perplexing.English language varies by staff member; knowing basic German is very helpful. It was very noisy - our room was next to some type of ironing/washing room, so a staff member was using a very loud device starting at 6:30 am. Also, the bathroom fan was very loud and wouldn't shut off when the light was switched off. Check out was 10:15 am, which seemed weird and a little early (11 or noon usually).

Review 65：The breakfast was great! A buffet of cold dishes and also a coffeemachine, plus an order of hot food. Service was great at breakfast andmenus were in 3 languages. The room was clean and close to old town. Thestaff let us check our bags between check out time and our train (wepicked them up around 12:30). Payment options of cash or credit werehelpful (in multiple currencies), as was the ability to book online lastminute (a few days)!Easy to get to (walked from train station) and close to Sopron sightseeing.

Review 66：No English. Could manage with simple German though - from both sides. Fenced parking - but 200 m away.

Review 67：Why stay at the Austrian side when you a few km away can have a wonderful panzio and save a lot of money? Great setting in a historic town. Great starting point for wine trips to Deutschkreutz or Rust am See. They have good restaurant (not haut cousine though) and you can have a wine tasting in the garden area. Nice and helpful staff. GREAT omelet for breakfast - even they called it scramklet egg!

Review 68：Very confronting was the (none) reaction of the hotel about the “dirty” sheets on the bed. The sheets were still having large “marks” of what I - for not spoiling the appetite of the reader - will describe as an “inconvenient accident of one of the previous guests”. Confronted with these “facts” the responsible member of Staff told that the sheets would be removed; no excuses, nothing. A few days later I expressed my disappointment about the attitude of the Hotel management, as at least I expected an apology. He assured me “That would come”. We are still waiting.

Review 69：Four stars for hotel Erhardt Panzió is largely overrated, a nice three stars hotel will do and will bring your expectations in balance with the offered services. Taking this correction in mind you get a nice room with airco under the roof. The daily breakfast is not a real buffet (only little things like serials, jam, honey, yogurt) but a choice out of baked “eggs with ham/ bacon/ cheese/ sausages” and a cold plate with “cheese, sausage, ham and cold boiled egg”. You can ask a supplement but the choice is - as you can see - very limited. As there are only 9 rooms this way of breakfast is acceptable but second disappointment when you are expecting a classical four stars (even three stars) hotel buffet. Perfect starts of the day for a few days but not for a “5 nights stay” like we had. The hotel staff is polite but that’s it. On the question if I would recommend this hotel, my answer is “no when you are expecting a four stars hotel". You like a nice three stars hotel for one or two nights? Hotel Erhardt Panzió is surely worth to take in consideration.

Review 70：Everything! The room was very comfortable and dinner in the attractive courtyard restaurant excellent, with great service. Quiet location, just a few minutes from the old town. Secure parking.

Review 71：The tub / shower was a bit tight - with the "from the side layout" it is all too easy to get water on the bathroom floor and I kept bumping into the faucet handle, which would change the water temperature and/or flow. We could have used a few more open electric outlets for our various electronic devices.

Review 72：The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included with the room) was incredible - a delicious and fresh "made to order" full service meal with lots of choices. The secure parking for our car was terrific. And "beer garden" area was very pleasant (we had just drinks and didn't have a chance to try the restaurant).
