Review 1：Rooms were not very comfortable, the wi-fi was difficult to access and would only permit one device at a time for three travelers.

Review 3：Very close to the old town and restaurants with secure garage parking which was very useful as I was travelling on a motorcycle. My room also had a nice balcony.

Review 4：The rooms were dated and old. We were in the old part of the hotel. No air conditioning made for warm nights with the window open, so had some street noise. Was told on check in that wellness area was 10 euro each, checked with another member if staff and it was included in our room...so glad we did not pay the first lady...Bar fridge practically not working.

Review 10：The entire hotel experience was excellent for the price. The food, the wellness centre, the staff were all og the highest quality for what i paid. I also like the fact that the hotel is in the town centre.

Review 12：Went as 3 adult couples for a ski holiday. Mountain Plose was a little further than we first expected (an hour by ski shuttle bus!) luckily we had a car and good weather so we were able to drive up to the aki lifts which only took 15 minutes. Hotel food is fantastic in the evenings, breakfast gets a bit repetative but still good. Spa/pool area is amazing! Especially the heated outdoor pool in the freezing weather was a real treat. Town literally over a little bridge so great shopping a stones throw away.

Review 14：The room was spacious, comfortable, well designed, warm atlhough it was the one-bed room type. Breakfast is well made, you can eat really healthy if you want. Location is central within the old city. It is good value for money.

Review 33：I booked this hotel after reading reviews. Furnishing, bathroom was 60ties style (room 434). Very poor sound insulation to neighboring rooms. It was a long walk to reception, too many steps and up/down obstacles along the way. Shower was in the bath tub. No tap to fill the bath only wobbly shower head. Tub was awkward to get in/out to shower, slippy. You needed to unplug TV (opp. bed) at night as standby light and clock were too bright. This meant getting out of bed again. No slippers and dressing gown supplied. Found out when paying the bill that reception will supply on request. Why not provide this info on check in. Unfriendly and disinterested reception staff at time of check in. Breakfast was disappointing. Limited choice, fresh fruit were a few tired looking apples, no refill of empty trays. If you wanted a boiled egg, it was do it yourself. Raw eggs were on the buffet for boiling them. This is not hygienic. To sum it up - this hotel is not good value for the price I paid.

Naked only sauna.Advertises high speed internet in all rooms but it is slow andfrustrating as you must continually log into the hotel server toactivate. Painstakingly slow lift compounded by the fact that it wasused frequently by staff with catering trollies and laundry etc.
