Review 1：They wake you too early to do your room, then supervisor checks half way through the day then they ring late afternoon to do your room again. Comeon overkill. The breakfast food was all cold except for the eggs cooked to your specification. Staff friendly in restaurant though. Internet went down a lot and I had to go to desk to get new password each day. On my last morning they locked me out of my room while I was at breakfast and I had to ask cleaner to let me in. She came by three times to check if I was leaving. Checkout is 12 noon . The reception smells like mould. I would not stay again! The elevator was playing up also so I had to walk stairs at times.

Review 2：The pool was nice when they didn't let children who couldn't swim go in without parental supervision! The guard was too busy reading the paper to see what was really going on. I rang to complain but didn't really care.

Review 4：Value for money, business centre was very useful. Staff very friendly and helpful - room was spacious, good location (close to Ferry to Fort Cochin and Shopping centre next door) . Enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet with freshly made omellettes mixed to order.

Review 5：I was not happy about the 20.09% Taxes and fees. I think that was toomuch. It should be mentioned on your site that this would be additionalcost for a persons stay. If people do not budget for that amount itcould really be a problem. I found the amount on Booking.com deceiving.

Review 21：Excellent central location with abundant facilities including 24 hr coffee shop and located right next door to a brand new mall. Stay included free hot breakfast buffet, not a simple continental type but a full fledged breakfast spread with a combination of American and Indian varieties along with an omelette station. I had the lunch buffet on the first day (2 night stay), set me back by RS. 500 but it was quite good. Room is tastefully decorated with simple but elegant furnishings. The bed was on the firmer side, and the comforter was really cozy. Bathroom is good with an excellent shower (thank god for not having the older bathtub style). No smoking rooms with most premises being a non smoking area. I will stay again.

Review 24：1. AC - The room not cold even we complain a few times & maintenance guy come to check yet still warm. And the end, they change the room for us and yet still the same. 2. The mattress is very hard with soft pillows and we can't have a good sleep/nap & rest well. 3. Front office young good looking guy (Evening shift) is always on the phone. He wont entertain coz he so busy talking (I think his personal call). We just want to inform him that we're checking out in early morning about 5am.

Review 28：Tie up with third parties is not at par. If you arrange for travelpackage then you will not get satisfaction for that travel. If you askfor Airport drop, travel desk team will arrange for the same but thirdparty does not arrive on time, so calculate your time before you askfor a cab.

Review 29：Earlier my booking was in abad plaza, 4days before my arrivalaccommodation was changed from abad plaza to abad atrium. I was underassumption that this hotel might be normal not like what we have inMumbai. But it was above my expectation. Food and Stay was awesome.Staff were very polite and cooperative. Room service was at par. OverallI am very much satisfied. Will think to stay next time also.

Review 30：Breakfast...few items were available at 10am, there was a delay in replenishment of dishes. Coffee, tea bags, sugar, creamers were 2 in numbers which was very less for 2 days stay. Had to call room services many times for replenishment

Review 34：Noisy and not very friendly staff. I wanted to be moved out of the noisy floor and was given a room with an old bathroom which is much in need of upgrading. Also, no liquor served anywhere. When I went to have my breakfast, I was told that someone from my room number had already had breakfast !!!

Review 40：Apart from the door staff, the front of house reception staff were appalling. They told me wrong information regarding local facilities, that's if they told me any information at all as getting any information from them was problematic. I also spent a large amount of my time standing at the reception desk supposedly being served but not actually being served at all for 20 mins at a time - the service was an absolute joke (and not a good one).

Wifi was given on a 24hr code, the signal was intermittent and annoying that it was not given to you on check in.

Review 51：Rooftop pool was nice with panorama views of the city, although could be slightly better maintained and easier to access (via business lounge floor) Location good right in centre of Erkanalam near a modern shopping mall. The door guard was friendly. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable, daily cleaning and newspaper was offered. Breakfast had a decent selection and restaurants had varied menus- something for every visitor.
