Review 1：Room was not cleaned during our 4-night stay. Heating was not fixed after complaints at front desk. Check-in and check-out extremely slow and cumbersome. Food mediocre, surely no fit to a 4-star hotel.

Review 2：Better to check at the reception right upon arrival whether the booked meals are indeed booked, in order to avoid later surprises.

Review 3：Problem-solving abilities of the reception staff are truly excellent. They are friendly and very helpful. And there is an excellent restaurant close by.

Review 4：main public area overheated, bar area temperature >30°. Staff kept next to elevator one door open to let some fresh air in. Breakfast very nice and good, but restaurant area is too small to accomodate the people. also the door to the kitchen was be replaced urgently. wellness are - no massage possible late saturday and whole sunday.

Review 5：nice location, very calm area free parking lot, try to take rooms with view towards the city - awesome view (sadly i had a view to the parking lot) i will def come again

Review 6：We stayed 8 nights, however, the cleaning staff came to clean our room very rarely. We had to procure new toilet paper and clean towels by ourselves. Neither receptionists nor waiters spoke sufficient level of German and/or English. They did not understand basic sentences. Unfortunately, I do not speak Hungarian. Some 10 years ago, the hotel might have been luxurious. However, it is worn out nowadays and would deserve new furnishing. There was a mold in the bathroom.

Review 8：It was very warm temperatures the day of our stay and unfortunately the air conditioning in all rooms and the hotel were not working properly which made it rather uncomfortable for sleeping and our enjoyment.

Review 9：This was a nice location and easy to find. They had a very extensive dinner buffet. Rooms were large and well equipped.

Review 10：Bed is OK, but an additional pillow would have helped in a good sleep. We accomodated a top floor Superior Deluxe room, and the terrace was i) not covered - not ggod on a rainy day ii) not separated from the terraces of other rooms like on other floors. That's a pity.

Review 12：The hotel was hard to find. It's in the hills, and there are no good maps. We don't have a GPS. Perhaps that would have helped. We have no complaints about the hotel. However, we would have preferred to be closer to the town of Sopron, but those hotels were full.

Review 13：For the cost per night, space was extremely limited. Balconies overgrown with weeds, showers left bathroom floor covered in water, mattresses in dire need of replacement. Amenities such as an iron or coffee pot noticably missing from room, mildewing of ceiling tiles. Room felt run down and not well renovated.

Review 14：Staff were fantastic: cheerful, friendly, helpful, always smiling and offering assistance. Absolute pinacle of courtesy and service. Breakfast a total sucess.

Review 27：We had to wait 1 and a half hour to check in cause room was not ready. In the end the room was dusty with empty shower gel and with 2 single beds instead of requested and confirmed double bed (they call it deluxe room!). Took another 3 hours for the staff to put 2 beds together. Big garden does not have sunbeds so there is no chance to enjoy the sun outside (but you may carry sunbed by yourself from the wellness area through the hotel to the garden - hotel not offers help on it). There was a slight attempt to request more money than booking itself (let's dont go there...). And not to mention that request about birthday greeting in the room on the arrival day or something like that was completely ignored. Conclusion - still nice looking hotel in the nice area () but with unprofessional management and staff!

Review 28：The hotel situated in the nice area and has a very green garden. Has many (unused) possibilities. Food is nice.

Review 29：Shocking to see a 7-year old building run down as it is. No damages must have been repaired in the last few years and no improvements might have been made. Sad to see such a good location and (initially) expensive building decay so rapidly. Breakfast, wellness now look more like 3-star but must have been better. Do not understand why the music is always on in the restaurtant disturbing anyone who would like to enjoy the quiet ambiance outdoors.
