Review 5：The prices are ridiculous! Breakfast for 31 dollar is an absolute rip-off. Also, the helpfulness of the staff varies. Most are quite kind, some are downright rude... I guess it is quite hard to find good staff in Karratha...

Review 9：We were not informed at the time of booking the room the pool was out of order/empty. No information was provided by the hotel that this was the case and the pool being the only reason we made the booking having previously stayed at this hotel.

No water in the room hotel on the outside not clean for $400 a night I will not be staying with them they need to lift there game Big time to get my business back $160 a night would be all I would pay for a room there thank you .

No site map or information on where washing facilities were. More motel than hotel even the number to dial out from the room to reception was no where to be found. Booked a crib which wasn't in the room either

Review 40：Hard Bed. Very low volume of video channel. Having a movie stop before the end because of faulty internet connection hotel experiencing. Having very noisy group outside our room 4-6am and phoning reception to get voice mail diverted to manager on duty and not able to leave a message or get through! Having no compensation offered on checking out for the noisy group or not being able to watch end of our movie.

Review 54：the $22.75 surcharge for paying account on credit card people smoking outside rooms and smell filtering in to our room its expensive to stay and eat in Karratha or anywhere up north eg $6 for an average flat white coffee behind the units was bleak - bit of a no mans land as there had been no attempt to plant trees or shrubs.

Review 62：Room next door had his television volume turned up high late at night and early in the mornings. I eventually requested staff attend to this (and they did). You need some type of volume limiter placed in your televisions.

Review 71：As a small buisness trying to gain market in the Northwest of wa, itis extremely difficult to afford accommodation when room rates are atextortionary prices albeit due to mining boom. $299 just to put yourhead down for a night is unreasonable, would at least expectbreakfast to be included. It was also interesting that room servicemenu offered Nachos for which I ordered. Room service rang back about10min later advising they had run out of Nachos - who runs out ofcorn chips?? For $299 per night I would almost expect room service ofa different nature!!
