Review 1：Guests smoke on their decks which allows smoke to rise into your room. Hotel allows smokers to smoke at front door. Parking is difficult.

Review 3：If you're asked to leave car keys at the reception desk, I suggest that you re-park your car (otherwise hotel personal will do that). I had a problem with starting my car (hybrid) because someone press something and didn't know what. I needed to call manufacturer Assistance.

Review 7：It was all good. Just be aware that your sat nav will take you to near the hotel but then you enter a cobbled town centre (whichever way you come). This means you think you cant ride/drive through, but actually you can to get to the hotel car park. We parked up, found the hotel by foot just to make sure we knew where we were going and then drove to it. Its fine, but feels like you are driving through a pedestrian zone which is strange!

Review 8：Location was excellent. Right in town centre yet with a private car park - and motorbikes go in a secure garage (excellent!). Nice to sit outside having a beer watching the world go by and the town centre is right there so you can get to shops, food etc. My room was at rear of hotel and there was no noise.

Especially a richer and more diverse breakfast buffet but also things like better soap and shampoo rather than the cheap, one press bottle for all your washing needs. In summary, good location, good rooms, flawed somewhat by sub-par services.

Review 39：Hotel is located in the city center of Bressanone, in the pedestrianzone, perfect location if you want to walk around not just skiing. Shopsare very close. We used the car to get to the skiing center which iscalled Plose. It took us about 15 minutes to go up to the mountains.Hotel is very nice with warm atmosphere. We had the business room whichis quite big and spacious, with 2 sinks in the bathroom. Restaurant isalso very good, nice dinners. Overall, I liked the hotel and wouldrecommend it to others.
