Reviews for Artemis Hotel
Review 1:Available parking lots were few. All parking was along the town streets.
Review 2:Owner was attentive to guests. Heating in the room was good (in December). Location was good to Delphi ruins, walking to all restaurants, got free breakfast. Room price was fair.
Review 3:Downsides: the walls of the Pan Hotel are quite thin. There was a large party staying in the hotel the same night as us and it felt as if they were talking and moving things around all night. We could hear everything. The bathroom is clean, but quite small. The seat of the toilet is literally right next to the sink, so you are unable to stand in front of the sink to brush your teeth, and if you are a larger person, your arm would be blocked by the sink.
Review 4:We originally booked a night at the Hotel Artemis but due to a last minute change in travel plans, the hotel moved us to the sister hotel, the Pan Hotel, across the street. The sitting area in the Hotel Artemis is cozier and more refined, but our room at the Pan came with a pleasant balcony with a lovely view of the Bay of Corinth. The hotel was clean and the staff was quite friendly. The hotel was helpful and accommodating in changing our reservation date for us even though we had booked a non-refundable reservation for a different night. The manager also helped us to plan the rest of our road trip through mainland Greece. Breakfast was light but good: sliced meat, cheese, boiled eggs, excellent yogurt, fruit, tea and coffee. At 5 euros per person it was half the price of getting breakfast elsewhere in town.
Review 5:We was replace to the Pan Hotel across the street from the Artemis.Nobody called me to ask did i have something against this. The room was small and noisy, there is no refrigerator /according to description in Artemis there must be/ the temperature was 28 °C. Because of this we must throw our food and in the morning have noting to eat. There was а problem with the display of air conditioner, could not see what temperature is.Тhe man at reception was rude and unpolite.
Review 6:Was given an upgrade to the Pan Hotel across the street from the Artemis. Two adjoining rooms - the kids loved having their own room. Fabulous view from balcony. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to archaeological sites & museum. Many shops & restaurants to choose from.
Review 7:Not amazing breakfast.
Review 8:The owner was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of infos about Delphi and the region. The hotel was conveniently located on the main road (about 15 min walking from the archeological site).
Review 9:we got upgraded to Pan Hotel which is opposit and has a superb view over the valley. Very helpfull and freindly staff. He draw us a map how to get to the caves and other places to hike
Review 10:Shower area was miniscule, hence lots of water all over floor. Bathroom so small door banged against sink on opening. Bed was very hard
Review 11:Great views & wifi
Review 12:We were moved to the Pan hotel which isn't where we booked. No receipt was given and no ID taken at check in Tea at breakfast was cold Bed was very hard Would have been nice to have tea or coffee facilities
Review 13:Location is great for visiting Delphi While it wasn't the Artemis we stayed in (moved to the Pan) it was warm but sadly no open fire. Staff pleasant
Review 14:The plumbing could be slightly improved but trivial.
Review 15:We were moved to the hotel opposite named the Pan as it had a better view for the same price. Indeed the view was great. Small but clean room and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We aimed to go skiing and the hotel proved to be great for location and value for money. Would highly recommend it for anyone with a badget; nearby Arachova was only a 10 min drive away and Galaxeidi 40 min.
Review 16:We booked to stay in the Artemis but were put in the Pan the room wassmall with to much furniture we couldn't move & was not at alllike any of the rooms I looked at online at the Artimis. They werealso doing redecoration in the Pan so we were at a loss as to why wewere moved!
Review 17:Location
Review 18:Room walls are fairly thin so if the hotel is crowded I would think it could be noisy. Especially if you have noisy neighbours or screaming children. We went during the off season so it was fine for us and would definitely recommend it.
Review 19:We were booked at the Artemis but the owner moved us to the sister hotel across the street called The Pan. The room was simple and very clean. But the view was worth million dollars. On our first night we sat on the balcony, sipping wine and watched the sun set over the Gulf of Corinth.
Review 20:The bathroom was very small. Oddly placed bathroom fixtures that I needed to be careful not to bump into.
Review 21:Delphi was lovely and so was this charming hotel. The balcony was my favorite part with its view of the surrounding mountains! The use of pine in the room really unified it into a lovely, small space.
Review 22:Nothing to note.
Review 23:Although we booked at the Artemis Hotel, we were checked into a room at the Pan Hotel right across the street, which has all the great views. The manager was very friendly and efficient at getting us settled in. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Our balcony had an outstanding view all the way to the sea. The shower was awesome!--a pleasant departure from what we're used to with hotel rooms in Greece. Breakfast had a good variety to offer. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Review 24:A confession: because there was a room free, the owner, a wonderfully friendly and helpful man, put me up in Artemis' sister (or brother) hotel, Pan, just across the road. The room was large and comfortable. There was a bath with copious hot water, and a balcony with a stunning view across the valley. Breakfast was sumptuous with cereals, hams, cheeses, eggs, toast, cake, jams, marmalades etc. And the hotel is a ten minute walk from the site. A winner. Don't hesitate. Book your room!
Review 25:We Booked the Artemis but we're moved to Pan with the promise of a better view. The room did have a very good view but the bathroom was inadequate and cramped, the bed was small and uncomfortable. A school party from Serbia, whose staff had disappeared were noisy all night.
Review 26:The second room we moved to was much more comfortable and what we had expected in the first place. When booking on the website we expect to be given the type of room we choose.
Review 27:We booked Artemis but were given rooms at the Pan across the road. Both hotels are run by John, an excellent host. Pan offers the best unobstructed views to the mountains and valleys. Our dinner on the balcony was the best ever.
Review 28:There is no parking on site, nothing but awful street parking, no shower curtain = big mess, AC did not work well enough to bother with, beds were extremely uncomfortable.
Review 29:Close to site and museum, low price, good breakfast, good wifi, beautiful view (we were moved across the street).
Review 30:Very nice and central hotel, the owner was very friendly and helpful, the room fitting four was fine , the tiny balcony gave us a wonderful view - the hotel suited our purpose and the cost was very cheap.
Review 31:The wooden floors were lovely but echoed all of the sounds .. including some very loud young children who ran the halls and whose parents were remiss to quiet them.
Review 32:Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff very helpful. All amenities and breakfast very nice. Easy walk to the ruins.
Review 33:Friendly owner, 2 rooms & 2 bathrooms in one lockable area for our family of 4. Basic but very clean and perfect for our one night stay. Good breakfast.
Review 34:AC didn't work in room. Lots of noise from other rooms, hallway, etc.
Review 35:The staff was friendly. Lovely views. Central to town, easy to get everywhere.
Review 36:Room was very dirty. The personnel was rude.
Review 37:Location, great view, good breakfast.
Review 38:Close to everything Nice view
Review 39:Really helpful staff - incredible views and a very nice neighbourhood. Perfect for the Delphic stop-over.
Review 40:Family room too small, problems with the air conditioning.
Review 41:Clean, well placed, not far from the archaeological site, nice breakfast.
Review 42:Parking is hassle. They have solved our parking problem, though.
Review 43:Nice and comfortable rooms, on Delphi's main street, close to the archeologic area (10 min. on foot).
Review 44:a little bit noisy
Review 45:location is good
Review 46:Matress
Review 47:Beds were too old. Could feel springs n matress. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful hotel with lots of charm. Wonderful location!
Review 48:staff are very friendly, they offer best service.
Review 49:Breakfast was very poor.
Review 50:Good location, clean.
Review 51:Room was not that sound proofed but everyone retired at reasonable hour ..so very quiet after 10pm
Review 52:Beautiful up view of the valley
Review 53:Limited parking
Review 54:Nice views from balcony
Review 55:The staff was kind, the room good and very clean.
Review 56:Room rather small.
Review 57:Clean and well maintained room.
Review 58:The bed was very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise anytime we moved in it all night.
Review 59:Everything is close because Delphi is so small.
Review 60:The fact the bed had no mattress cover and was hard to sleep on
Review 61:The room upgrade, the view, very quiet and private
Review 62:Hotel manager was very helpful. Told me where to get flat tire fixed. Let me use phone. Room was large and spacious. Kids had fun. Great view.
Review 63:- No soundproofing what so ever!
Review 64:- Price - Location - Clean
Review 65:Views from the balcony, amazing! They gave us a room at Hotel Pan, in front of Artemis, same owner.
Review 66:Beds not so comfortable
Review 67:Very good location, great breakfast, certainly a value for money
Review 68:No elevator
Review 69:uncomfortable beds very small rooms
Review 70:location price nice bathroom
Review 71:WiFi was very patchy.
Review 72:Rooms were clean. Great view from balcony. Breakfast was good.
Review 73:nothing
Review 74:Staff were very helpful and the room was so clean, you could eat off the floor. Lovely town. Wish I had had more time.
Review 75:Nothing
Review 76:We arrived very early after a night flight and the staff were extremely accommodating and let us have our room before time and upgraded us to a room with a fabulous view. The staff were really welcoming and friendly - can't fault anything - all good.
Review 77:I want to go back to this apartment.
Review 78:In a very beautiful place located hotel. Very friendly staff. Very clean and convenient to maintain a location. Luxury apartments. I recommend it. I want to go back to this apartment.
Review 79:The room had no fridge. I thought it said it did but I might be mistaken.
Review 80:Like many others I saw in the reviews, I booked Artemis Hotel but was put in the Pan Hotel across the street (same owners). I had told the hotel I may arrive late and chose this hotel because it said it had 24-hour reception. I arrived earlier than expected at 10:00 p.m. and their was no staff anywhere to be seen, but they had left the key for me with a note and the wifi code. It was fine for me, so no complaint there. The man at the hotel who I spoke with the next day was a very nice guy and gave me good info about Delphi and about my next drive to Kalambaka. The room itself was very typical of Greek hotels - institutional/functional. Everything worked including the wifi.
Review 81:Clean rooms and cosy atmosphere. Rooms come with a delicious breakfast. The owner was very friendly and welcoming; he gave us lots of useful information about the places to visit in the area.
Review 82:we had not booked artemis but pan and when arrived where told to move across to pan hotel which i checked on line and did not want, it was very noisy, the walls are quite thin, you can hear a lot of noise in all rooms, the room was very very hot they did not turn off the heating as often as they should..
Review 83:the location was good, the value for money was good
Review 84:The room was clean when we arrived but it was not well kept during the stay. We did not care much, but some people might care. They should pay a bit more of attention to that.
Review 85:We stayed in the hotel across the road that belongs to the same owners, they suggested that since at Artemis there was a group of students. That was very kind of them. We had a beautiful room with a fantastic view. Everything in Delphi is at walking distance from the archeological site, so that is perfect. Breakfast was good. The owners allowed us to do a supernate checkout when we realized that the next day (December the 25th) there where no buses to Athens. They were really nice to us.
Review 86:One of the bed was was saggy and would make sounds if you try to move even slightly. There was no curtain on the shower area, so it was very tricky to avoid the water to get on the floor.
Review 87:We were given room in Pan Hotel from the same owner. So, the review actually is about the Pan Hotel. The room was very spacious for four of us. There was even an additional sofa that can accommodate another adult. Friendly owner, nice breakfast, AC worked perfectly. I liked almost everything in this hotel.
Review 88:Be aware that the Artemis hotel is actually two hotels across the street from each other: Pan Hotel and Artemis Hotel. Although our reservation was for the Artemis Hotel, they put us up in the Pan Hotel, which is nowhere near as nice as the photographs posted on the website, which are from the Artemis Hotel lounge and rooms. We didn't object because the Pan Hotel has a much nicer view and we were willing to accept the small, old-looking room.
Review 89:The room we stayed in (which was not part of the main Artemis Hotel) had a breathtaking view of the valley below. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. For a very modest fee we were able to enjoy a solid breakfast that was most welcome. Air Conditioning and WiFi were impeccable.
Review 90:Most uncomfortable bed of the last 6 weeks, springs sticking up everywhere making sleep very difficult
Review 91:The old saying you get what you paid for is true. Budget hotel, very very basic hotel. Owner polite and helpful
Review 92:Fantastic hosts at the Artemis and Pan Hotels....they are under same management. The hosts helped us immensely as we had near holiday ending events earlier in the day of our arrival. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and ensure our Grecian holiday went smoothly. Will definately stay there again next time around!
Review 93:Good breakfast, good position, good wifi - everything OK, no problems.
Review 94:Had to sit on toilet to use the sink! Small bathroom by US standards.
Review 95:Location, fresh fruit for breakfast. Great view!
Review 96:The owner was the best...he told us uppon arrival practically everything what we need - his recommendations were great!
Review 97:Great hotel with good location to ancient site . Comfortable and clean room and good breakfast . Staff were very friendly and helpful .
Review 98:Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value, clean comfortable room with a beautiful view.

Review 100:Clean,spacious family room convenient for site
Review 101:Kind staff and useful informations about the sightseeings and the restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Review 102:very friendly staff cosy room with beautiful view
Review 103:Good value, great view (we got a room at Pan hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located across the street from Artemis)
Review 104:slightly away from the site
Review 105:The view; location and the decor
