Review 1：Of the conditions of the room. The Kitchenette was not in good conditions as well as the fridge (too old and not clean). The wc were at the limit of proper. We asked for a non smoking bedroom and we had a smell of smoke during the two days we stayed there. The cost was high taking in consideration the conditions of the room.
Review 2：Of the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was correct.

Review 8：The hotel has a beautiful garden with a big swimming pool. It is located in tavronitis, village that doesn't offer very much, but the nearest exit of the national road it's about 5 min by car, and in less then 15 minutes you can go to platanias and chania. The guy at the reception is very nice and always gives advice about where to go.
Review 9：We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The staff could not do enough for us, we were treated like family friends. The location is relaxing and pretty. Our room was beautifully clean, linen and towels were changed every day. The real Crete, loved It, would definately go back.

Review 12：We staid almost 3 weeks at Lycasti's (family with 2 kids, 11 and 8years old). Lycasti is just perfect for relaxing under the olive treeswhile the kids enjoy the swiming pool. Perfectly located if you have acar, for visiting the western Crete. The staff is really kind and alwayshelpful. The rooms where bigger than expected: We had a really coolappartment with two bedrooms , one in duplex, and a small terrace.Travronitis is very small but as everything one needs. Excellent tavern:the 'Canevas' at a 3 min walk, very gentle staff and amazingcook, kind of the cantine for the locals and people staying atLycasti'S. A couple of supermarkets, bakery(not always happy people,but excellent bred), a tiny butchery/feta shop where we always boughexcellent cheese, a few other places and genuine cafes ideal for themorning greek coffee. Not places for showing of, just real places withreal people. The beach is at 5 min walk. Beautiful and never crowded butcan be often wild for younger kids. Typical for the nothern Cretancoast. Very nice spot for running of cycling on the small road along thesea, almost no cars there. I would go to Lycasti's again anytime.
