Review 1：Many of the interior finishes need renewal - it has a rather tired, worn feel. The interior is a rather simple 1970's style of design.
Review 2：Excellent location from which to visit this small town. Breakfast was very good.
Review 3：First impression was from the filthy threadbare carpets. Breakfast was sub standard (stale sliced bread and sliced sausages with poor selection. Bedding had a deodoriser smell that stung my eyes all night.

Review 7：The hotel, for normal prices they advertise, is overpriced. It make sense to take the bid, only if there are some discounts. The hotel is rather basic, clean and safe, but do not expect any "luxury". Breakfast is good, but of limited choice.
Review 8：The location of the hotel is, simply, excellent - right in the heart of the old town. This is a nice, safe place, friendly upon entrance and generally ok.
Review 9：Old building, it seems without renovation at least a 10 years: very old pipes, no aircondition on the 2nd floor, old bath towels, has no toiletry just liquid soap for hand. For 5 nights and 6 days the room was not doesn't cleaned. At the bathroom has no a hair dryer and electryc outlet was not worked there, we asked for extencion cord for our personal hairdryer. After first night we were forced to asked about another room, because there toilet began leaking.

Review 37：There are no phones in the rooms nor mini-fridges. Installing a room phone and a mini-fridge in each room would make this very fine hotel perfect.

Review 43：1) Rooms very cheaply furnished2) When asking for a good restaurant we were directed to the Jegverem, which is the worst restaurant we went to in 12 days in Hungary! I assume your hotel has an arrangement with the Jegverem but I don't think you should recommend them. The cooking was bad. Not surprisingly it was also almost the only place where the waiters didn't enquire whether we'd enjoyed our meal!

Review 45：Our only problem was that the drapes were quite sheer and not only did they not block out the morning sun but they also did not block the hotel lights on the front of the hotel, which stayed on till morning, I would suggest eye masks and rooms not on the front of the hotel.
Review 46：The Palatinus Hotel was directly in the heart of the old Medieval town on a quiet cobbled street next to a lovely square with a beautiful church. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was an amazing spread and the town was delighful!
