Review 1：Too many mosquitoes inside the room. Cock roaches in the room. Leakage on toilet. Hair blow dryer, hair conditioner, shower cap, toothpaste, body lotion; Not provided..

Review 3：Total relaxation in an environment where the staff are always ready to put themselves out to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Will almost certainly be returning next year.

Review 6：Caring staff from the reception to the room attendants, restaurant and bell desk . All very warm and friendly ready to help and make your stay comfertable. Must make a special mention of Mr George Mgr F&B who very hands on in all areas at all times and professional. Look forward to my next stay.

Review 9：Rooms are very large and the ancillary facilities are very good such as the pool and games areas. Generally the property is very nice. The housekeeping and bar staff were very good.

Review 10：While checking-in absolutely put off by the lady at reception. Very impolite and rude behavior. I spoke with her over phone two days before by stay, it was not pleasant. Some of your people need training to provide minimum service and courtesy.

Review 11：Very pleased with concierge service and guidance by Mr. Vincent, proactive and helpful person. I will particularly mention George and Bapi for their excellent dining room service. Overall service is good and prompt.

Review 13：Based on the Flight timing, I was given early check-in and late check-out. Nice staff, reasonably good facilities.

Review 14：Not cleaned properly, cleaning staff are almost entirely teenage boys, the results are predictable. People leave towels on sunbeds from dawn and rarely use them. On several occasions we couldn't use the pool area because of this. The room service food was mediocre at best. They out it on the desk, wrapped in foil and you have to eat it there, no table or silver service is supplied. they gave us a noisy room to begin with and we complained assertively to get a better one.

Review 15：walk to beach is fine. swimming pool is ok. Plenty of decent eating establishments in the area.

Review 16：The room was ok, the bathrooms were horrible. Mine had no hot water, was dark and just not clean. This property needs some tender love and care. It's in a good looking place stuck in the 80s. Not a place for a group of young travellers as the clientele is also almost exclusively 60 year old+ enjoying their timeshare

Review 17：Were given a street facing room initially when had booked a pool facing one. Effort was made to change this but next room was of same standard. Blanket filthy. Sheets grey. Bathroom antiquated and of dubious cleanliness.Un locked interleaving door to next room. Perhaps new upgraded rooms would be alright but standard rooms to be avoided at all cost.

Review 18：Staff are not trained well, check-in process is a nightmare during season, quite unorganized in terms of what you book and what you get, far from the beach - one needs a car / bike.

Review 19：Swimming Pool, The Resort is maintained well, they gave a free room night because they could not allot rooms from 7.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. on day 1.

Review 22：The receptionists were slow and unhelpful at times. We often walked past and said good morning etc but were not greeted with a reply. We booked a transfer from the airport which didn't turn up, the hotel staff couldn't have cared less. The common areas such as stairs and hallways were littered with leftover food from room service.

Review 23：Some members of staff delightful and helpful especially Francisco in the restaurant and Arlette in the spa. The spa is excellent value for money. The breakfast has delicious curry and pancakes. The lunches are tasty and extremely good value for money. The pool is very clean and well kept.

Review 30：Reception take toomuch time for check in and check out.The taxistand which is in the hotel gate gave a very bad experience.we booked a taxi in morning and fixed the price and informed that we will take the taxi at 12 noon, based on that we came and call the taxi stand taxi,but they demanded very higher amount and behaved as rowdies. We were scared, and informed to hotel but nobody helped us.And made us to take the luggage to main gate to catch taxi from main road.

Review 50：there where not enough sunbeds, you had to be up at 6am to put a towel on one, bar facilities during the daywhere very limited, only the splash bar at the pool, with about 8 stools and a few in the pool, there was nothing to encourage you to stay on the complex, limited snack menu and english, there where no indian snacks. and last but not least the pompous ingnorant and racist pub landlord from england, it saddens me to sy but he is a total waste of space, he doesn't take any money from clients or give there bill to sign, he doesn't do stock or anybordering, he stands of an evening talkink to guest whom he thinks are posh and buy him drinks and ridicules the local bar staff and tells people they are useless, if thestocks are down the money comes out of the bar staffs wages of 10 pounds per week. i an't see what he's being employed for, as far as i'm concerned the manager takes total responsibility not pass the buck. we would not go there again.

Review 56：Didn't like booking on this site several months ago, being told in the documentation and confirmation, which we had with us, that we had a double room overlooking the pool then being shown to a room overlooking the street with 2 small twin beds and THEN being told nothing else was available by unresponsive reception staff!! HOWEVER - after my 2nd 'whinge' I asked to see the manager and he had us in a room with double bed in seconds - it overlooked the street but I actually preferred that - more interesting than the pool.

Review 57：The restaurant & cleaning staff excellent - incredibly friendly and so professional - 3 pools, always pristine, proximity to shops & bars etc great for us and a dawn and sunset walk to the beach - just the right distance - oh - spacious, light filled room with a balcony - it was perfect. Also - our hot water wasn't working and the manager had that fixed in seconds!!

Review 59：I stayed in the Hotel, not the apartments, and my room was spacious, well furnished and clean and comfortable! Their were plenty of sunbeds around the pool, the restaurant was excellent and the food and service very good!

Review 60：The resort is a bit old and that's very visible in the rooms, whichhave old tv sets (not flat screens) and old-fashion furniture. Moreover,when we arrived our mini-bar was completely empty (and so it remainedduring our stay) and there were no bottles of water in our room (all theother places that we've been to in Goa offered complementary waterin the rooms). We also didn't have hair dryer and had to ask forone. There were no bathroom kits (dental care or shaving) apart fromshampoo and shower gel.

Review 61：The resort is located in a relatively quiet area (when compared toplaces that I've been in North Goa) and has all the facilities youneed. The staff at Casa Lisboa restaurant is super friendly and will doeverything to make your stay a pleasant one. In the end of my stay,after checking-out, I was also very pleased for being allowed to use thehotel facilities (including shower and changing room) at no extra costs.The resort also has a very good number of taxis outside working on a pre-fixed rate, authorised by the hotel manager.

Review 62：The cleanliness of the room. We stayed in V122 - there was no hot water to wash dishes in the kitchen. The floors were dirty (especially in the corners - behind doors etc.) The extractor fan in the bathroom was not protected by a net - consequently I had it working 24hrs. a day in case anything crawled in.

Hotel, sLocation is not good, because one part there is noisy rood, anothercorner there is electric box. The way to the beach is not excited,because through poor area. Review 66：Being told the hotel was overbooked and we had to stay 2 nights at RoyalPalms, Benaulim. We were taken there and put up in a cramped room withdirty cushions and no balcony or patio (noisy outside). Worst still iswe were charged the same amount as the Haathi Mahal. Review 68：In my booking it was stated a room overlooking the pool, and with a flat screen tv. We got none of this things so I found it very upsetting. First time this has happened to me. We had a very old and dated room. Not what they promised.
