Review 1：We did not prebook as we were not aware of how busy the area would be early September, so the only rooms available were the budget rooms which were at the back with no view & were very basic. I would recommend when booking to request a room at the front with a view of the lovely lake.

Review 2：Roberta and her mother and staff were wonderful, & very helpful regarding the surrounding activities. The restaurant and bar at Smeraldo were really good - & good value for the money. There were also a few other restaurants within walking distance that were nice to visit in the evening.

Review 3：The hotel is in an ideal place to visit all along the Lake with easy access to busses that run very efficiently. The cleanliness, hospitality and good food stand out at this hotel. All services provided exceeded our expectations and the owners went out of their way to help us make our holiday fantastic. Well done to all the staff for their dedication and customer service.

Review 4：Lovely hotel with Lake access just over the road. Staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. Air-con would have been a bonus but a fan was provided and the breakfast had a superb range....the best of any of the dozen hotels that we stayed at during our tour. Was woken by church bells at 6am but that just added to the character.

Review 5：The staff is wonderful.....view from the balcony was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful. They have their own pizza also if you want to enjoy the view with a takeaway pizza and your own wine. I would go back anytime....Judy from California

Review 8：No air condition! Hotel located on the Main Street where all traffic goes and since no air condition in room we had to sleep with open windows to get some air but it was silent for only couple of h during the night. But when tired then forget about this.

Review 9：Location - away from crowds, bet everything needed - lake beaches, restaurants, shops, just around. Room ok for 3. Small balcony to room although very close to neighbor rooms. Helpful staff - suggested very nice place for dinner since we were really late arriving. Very good breakfast with vegetables, fruits. And the lake with beaches is just across the street.

Review 17：The location was fantastic-right across the street from the beach with parking on-site, away from maddening crowds but easy to drive to other locations. The path along the water was great for jogging, walking, going to local places to eat. The restaurant in the hotel also very good. Would definitely go back if we are in the area.

Review 27：Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and see the amazing views of Lake Garda with the majestic mountains as a backdrop. Restaurant baby pizza was big enough and very good "a real pizza" A hearty breakfast buffet. A place you want to return to.

Review 28：We were little bit disappointed because of the bed - it was very very uncomfortable and small (not for 1.9 m people). Also the noise from the street was irritating (especially in the middle of the night).

Review 29：Hotel is good situated - very good start point for trip around the lake. Staff was friendly (also english and german speaking) and the kitchen was excellent.

Review 30：The bed was very bad. The rooms with lake view are just above the road and are extreemly noisy. The hotel is relatively cheap but I would'n stay any more there mainly because of the above mentioned reasons.
