Review 1：Overall it was one of the worst experiences in India. They misplaced our reservation, the staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, the room was dirty, sheets had shoe prints on them! Requesting anything had hidden charges (like a taxi to the city for 1000 vs the 300 we spent on the way back). Also Wi-Fi was not accessible.

Review 2：It was a short walk from the beach. The beach it was near was nice, clean and family oriented.

Review 3：the building and the general atmosphere needs updating.... I run a spa myself, so to see the spa at the hotel was very disappointing

Review 8：Location is near the beach. Lot of 5 star hotels nearby increases your expectations. From outside,it looks ok with a decent swimming pool and ship shaped structure. Staff are courteous. Rooms could have been brighter and cleaner.

Review 9：The first room was without TV, shower, or working phone. I had to walk to the reception four times, and it was about 100 metres in sun and rain, to tell them about it. The food at breakfast was lousy. Could've been better. I made a mistake by staying here.

Review 11：There is a lot of room for improvement. This place can beat the starhotels nearby with just a little effort. I think it was rains to outsidepaint had moss. The rooms inside had a musty smell. They were clean.Once we put on the A.c it went away. The Housekeeping Manager also cameup and put some spray. I guess if they put in some air purified(Notspray perfume) it would be really good. The reception gave us a littleproblem when checking out. Even though I called and told them I amchecking out they did not check the bill. Generally when you call Iassume they will start looking up your bill as stuff. I guess the mainguy was not there So I had to wait for a while before they could confirmif there was any pending payment. I paid in full and the Front officetold me he will send the bill which he did not. I think apart from thatthis place is good, we did not visit the private beach are which seemsto be good for those who want to enjoy the beach safely at night. Idon't know if they allowed us there

Review 12：The location is good, Its a nice property, the rooms and furnishings aretop quality. Bathroom are star quality. The bed was excellent too. Wecould see the sea from our room. The room is well equipped with dth tv amini fridge. The luxury Suite had a sofa set and a balcony I just lovedthe bathroom the most. The water from the commode/Toilet area flowsinto the shower. This was in comparison the problem I faced in OzranBeach Resort where were staying just before we checked in here. If therewas "spillage" of urine then it would just stay there if wetried to pour water it would just make the whole place wet. I find thisproblem with lot of western toilets. If you by mistake a few drops ofurine get out then there is no way to clean it as there is not place forwater to flow. So I give 10 marks for allowing water to flow. Thebathroom are pretty huge

Review 13：The resort is very very far from the City Center. Airport to resort is only by taxi which costs rs.1500/ each way. The rooms are not cleaned and the air conditioning was poor. Linen adequate but toilette ties totally inadequate. Toilets don't flush and suddenly the water stops. For rs.4000/ a day , off season, it is overpriced. I will not stay here again.

Review 15：The pool is not cleaned and no sanitation at all the water was green. Our room needed all the furniture replaced as it was covered in mould, rooms were damp and all towels and bed linin was grey and stained.

Review 17：This is obviously a hotel which caters for the Russian visitor. Not many staff spoke English which lead to some confusion when ordering drinks etc. The cafe bar did not serve alcoholic drinks, room service was very slow.

We stayed there for a few days over Christmas - with the price 3-4 times higher compared to the rest of the year, as usual in India, and the level of service and comfort simply did not justify the price increase, at all. There was a mandatory New Year dinner mandatory for 3500 Rs, which was definitely NOT worth the money.

Review 20：The room was very spacious - with a bedroom and a hall separated. The beach is quite near, but do not get confused with an advertised "private beach" - there is none.

Review 21：Gala New year party not worthy. 3000rs charged. Should include non veg for this money. Booked room with seating area but we didn't. Receptionist is not listening anything. When we ask . He said busy busy busy.. No hot water, No proper wifi,...etc lots to tell.. Totally waste our trip.. Never ever recommend.

Review 55：When I was checking out, they charged me more than what my original reservation quoted using the excuse that the taxes were calculated using the highest rate/room instead of the one that I was quoted. When I arrived to my room, the bathroom had no towels and it looked as it have not been cleaned. The next day I asked housecleaning for some towels that didn't arrive after an hour, then I went to the lobby to ask for the towels in person and it took an extra 30-45 minutes to get them. In general the staff has no idea about customer service. The supposed SPA is closed.
