Review 1：Marina, the concierge/receptionist was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. She arranged an extension cord for us so that all of our appliances could be plugged in simultaneously in the evening. She also gave us a great recommendation for an incredible seafood dinner (Niko's at the Marina). The room was very comfortable, the view from our balcony was wonderful, parking was more than ample and easily accessible, the bright breakfast room was immaculate and the food and wait staff were great.
Review 2：The location was not so good, but it was easy to drive to the city center. It was a little bit noisy. The refrigerator didn't work well.

Review 6：Warm welcome after a flight that landed at 10.00 p.m. The restaurant was still open. No lift in the hotel, but assistance willingly and cheerfully given with carrying luggage. Breakfast was good with choice of whatever cooked eggs one wished. Dinner at the hotel was well cooked with good choice and at a very reasonable price. The hotel is some little distance from the centre of Zadar (as is perfectly clear from the location map) but accessible either by bus (10 khuna per person each way) or taxi (very plentiful) at 40 khuna each way.

Review 9：The hotel organised a taxi from the airport for us. We had to pay for it but it was still lovely to have this hassle free arrival. The room was sufficiently sized with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the variety for breakfast: fresh fruit, bread, cereals, pancakes and a selection of hot food did not leave room for much else to be desired. There's a great little pub next to the hotel with over 100 different types of beer.

Review 12：The staff were great - they prepare food for us even though we arrived very late and the kitchen was already close The shower hose split jsut 3 hours before we had to leave the room and they fix it immediately so we could refresh before departure you feel very welcome here

Review 14：We were very impressed by the staff who went out of their way to patiently explain the cell phone network in Croatia- I learned from them to drop the 1st 3 digits and then just add a zero to dial calls within Croatia. they also installed a Croatian Sim card in my cell phone and got it working. Outstanding people.

Review 17：As this hotel is continually upgrading its facilities I would like if they up graded the hairdryer. This is the only minor fault I had with the hotel so well done to all who work there and keep up the good work.
Review 18：Very friendly and helpful staff Room good size with very comfortable bed. Room spotless clean. Good air con. Very good breakfast. Dinner menu amazing. Excellent food and good value for money. Overall an excellent run hotel with good attention to detail. Would highly recommend this hotel even if it is a bit far out from old town. This is not a problem as the bus takes you to old town in about 5 minutes and they run regularly. Costs about 1.20€ each way. Lovely outdoor pool and very clean
Review 19：Reception and rooms are only accessible by stairs so could not be used for disabled guests and for able bodied guests this means hauling luggage around! Hotel could do with some refurbishment but it was more than adequate for our needs.

Review 26：We arrived early but we were able to access our room. Heaps of information was available at reception.Being gluten free is often a problem but staff went out of their way to provide gluten free options. Plenty of parking. A top spot.
Review 27：It's not true about the fitness inside the hotel. Booking showed me that this hotel has the fitness gym inside but the staff said me not. The staff changed the description on booking website at the day of my arrival. Attention with the services of the hotel.

Review 29：The room was excellent and the view from the balcony was exquisite ,overlooking the houses of zadar and beyond that the sea. The staff were very helpful and took an extra step to give us all the information we requested for.They made calls to find things out and made sure we got what we wanted. And when we had to check out early in the morning they even offered to pack breakfast for us. A big and special thanks to Valerija , Daniel and Sylvana.

Although a little out of town, it is walkable, and Borik is a very short stroll away, while some excellent restaurants are around the corner.

Review 37：Croatia is a beautiful country made only more beautiful by its people. And no where did we experience this more than in Hotel Mediteran. From the moment we arrived till the day we sadly had to leave we felt at home within the hotel. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, staff were like family and all so proud of the hotel and their jobs. Food was beautiful and plentiful. Close to harbour and old town. Plenty of beautiful restaurants nearby if you fancy a change. Staff more than happy to organise anything you require and all with a smile. Cannot praise them highly enough. From first thing in the morning till late late at night they greet you with a genuine smile and willingness to look after your requests. We'd return in a heartbeat and would be welcomed back like old friends no doubt.

Review 42：When we arrived there was a big Christmas Party at the hotel restaurant and the hotel management was upset that they had not managed to inform us that it would be cosed for the hotel guests. As a compensation we were offered both a free accommodation and a free breakfast for that night as well as a free money exchange to be able to get food at a neighboring restaurant. Everything was very unexpected and like a miracle for us. Besides we loved this hotel because it was easy to be found by car, we got a nice room with a terrace, free parking and a very kind attitude. The breakfast was excellent and the sea shore was at the walking distance from the hotel. We were given a good advice what to see and where to go in Zadar and this all together made our visit to this hotel a remarkable and unforgettable experience.

Review 46：tayed here for one night after arriving in Zadar from Sarajevo. After a long and exhausting trip by bus we arrived in the late morning at our hotel in Zadar. We where a couple of hours to early for check in but that wasn't a problem. The staff where extremely friendly and helpful and within a couple of minutes we we're able to go to our rooms. The Rooms where clean and comfortable and where equipped with air conditioning. Hotel is located outside the city center. We took a taxi from the hotel to the old town witch costed 40 kuna. Hotel has a 24 hour reception and can arrange a taxi to go to the airport. Since we had an early morning flight to even provided us with free lunch packages! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is searching for a not to expensive hotel and would not hesitate to book it again should I decide to come back to Zadar again.

Breakfast was delicous with lots of variety. Enjoyed using the hotel swimming pool which was an added bonus on a hot day relaxing by the pool. The hotel was a ten minute walk to the beach which was great. We had to leave early morning and the staff provided us with a pack lunch, the staff were excellent.

Review 57：Would have loved to stay longer. The sun can be unforgiving, sunblock cream didn't help. If you're going to swim in the sea, some kind of slippers/wetsuit shoes are STRONGLY encouraged. There are sea urchins in between the rocks quite close to the beach and their barbs are a nightmare to extract should you be unfortunate enough to step on one unprotected.
Review 58：The facilities and staff in the hotel were top class, everything you'd want is catered for. It's a short walk to the beach/bus stop, which was very useful. We dined out usually, but tried the restaurant on the last day. The food was incredible. They have a brand new swimming pool round the back, so if you don't feel up for a swim in the sea, the option to laze about around the pool is always there. Because it's not right on the beach the atmosphere was very chilled out and there was no noise. An all you can eat breakfast is included in the morning with most types of breakfasts catered for. There is even a shoe shining machine. PS - the staff were incredible - whether it's sending a postcard or ordering a cab, they will acommodate.

The hotel has an excelent breakfast, with a really diversified menu, it looked like I was having Brazilian breakfast. Dinner has a fair price and can be with candle lights. The staff is really kind and ready to help, I was really well treated. The hotel has a great location, with a mini market next to it and in order to get to downtown all you have to do is take one bus with approximately 10 min trip.
