Review 1：A little bit far from the old city,it takes about 4 euro to the downtown by taxi, The bed is old and not very comfortable.

Review 2：Very nice hostess, the young lady picked up us at the bus station, the house is close to a big super market, and it has kitchen, so that we could cook by ourselves.

Review 4：The staff were very helpful and friendly and the property was spotless . It was in a nice quiet location. We were able to hire bikes from the reception which was a great way of getting to see Zadar.

Review 5：The villa was beautiful and we couldn't have been happier with the help from the staff, it's in a great location with a supermarket 5-10 mins walk away and the old town is about 20 mins walk away or a £3-4 taxi. The villa itself is very clean with a huge balcony over looking the pool.

Review 6：This was a one-night stay in early October. The one-bedroom apartment was sparkling clean and nicely decorated. The hostess was very kind and helpful. The price was right and the location was convenient.

Review 7：The shower needs some tlc in the apartment, it doesn't stay on the wall so you need to hold it to shower yourself, it also seems to leak over the bathroom floor. A beautiful and well equipped 2 bed apartment with a fabulous private pool - this is the only gripe we had!

Review 8：Vesna and her ladies were lovely welcoming people, the apartment and pool were immaculate and they even came in each day to tidy and clean. It is superbly equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large fridge etc. The entertaining area was fantastic on our terrace with a large dining table and four comfy chairs.The location was good, 5 mins to a large supermarket and £4 taxi to the town, many nice restaurants in Zadar and all very, very reasonable. We had a super break and although the weather was poor, as the pool was heated, we managed a swim!

Review 9：Villa Vanilla was full of pleasant surprises for us: On our arrival we received a particularly warm welcome by our exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts and were delighted with our beautifully appointed apartment featuring tasteful and comfortable furnishings. An evening swim in the beautiful large pool gave us that extra holiday feel. The next morning we were served a delicious breakfast on our private patio. Perfect free WiFi connection and free parking within the premises added to a truly enjoyable stay. Very good value!

Review 12：The walk in to town from the Villa was not easy with the lack of footpaths on the main road. Would advise anyone to take the coastal route, although slightly longer, or ideally a local taxi for 40 Kunas (£4)

Review 25：Villa Vanilla was a superb choice and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. We had a very warm reception and got all the information we needed. Our apartment was absolutely perfect and we wished we could have stayed a bit longer! The apartment is spacious,very good value for money, well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is not situated close to the old town of Zadar, but we had a rental car and it was therefore not a problem. The swimming pool was a nice spoil in the hot summer weather. We highly recommend Villa Vanilla as a place to stay in beautiful Zadar!

Review 35：The old town of zadar is really beautiful and not to far from the villa. You can also book some excursion via the host. The host is always ready to help us and giving us information and advice ! Its a really nice place to stay and to enjoy your holiday in Zadar!

Candles were lit on the terrace to our apartment making us feel like we were stepping into our vacation! We rented the two-bedroom apartment with private pool, which was exceedingly clean and spacious. The pool was heated (cool, but usable) and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. We would definitely stay here again...absolutely wonderful!

Review 45：Vesna and Kristina were both amazing and did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be. The apartment was lovely and the heated pool was great, even in October! We had a little problem with one of our passports on the last day and Vesna and Kristina went out of their way to help us get it sorted. Would highly recommend staying here.

Review 46：This place is fabulous! We were group of friends returning from Austria, chose Zadar to be our rest point and we didn't regret! Mostly because beautiful villa Vanilla, which make our stay like we were at home! Comfort, clean, modern and greatly located, this place is real pearl of Zadar. The owner, Vesna, has welcomed us warmly, like she would closest friends, and we felt as such during whole stay. She was very helpful and pointed us what to see and where to go in Zadar. Really beautiful city with spirit and soul and too bad we couldn't stay longer. Advice for all: When travel to Zadar, go to Villa Vanilla and you will no regret! We will return surely!

Review 48：Adriana welcomed us warmly and showed us to our rooms, explaining everything on the way. Her mother went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, and even loaned us bikes.

Review 51：The staff were very welcoming, welcome drinks were served upon arrival. The apartment is very clean and well equopped. The pool very clean also, good fun for kids. The location is good, however you need a car as it it is far from the old town and beaches.

Review 52：No wifi signal in apartments, have to sit outside to reach it. Loud drunk people upstairs at 4am. Rang reception, she said she'd told them to be quiet once and had called the police. Going up ourselves and telling them to shut up seemed to be more effective. No form of compensation or kicking them out happened, even after following it up the next morning.

I was very cross about that because that is what I was expecting - our host Vesna said we where the 3rd group who experienced that same expectation - show the real accommodation to the travellers!!!!!!

Family that run the villa are really friendly and willing to help. Taxi to and from the city centres easily available and cheap. Overall would love to go back!

Review 59：There have been comments about how excellent the staff were. Apart from a brief welcome from the owner's mum, who was very sweet, no one else welcomed us and explained the set up to us. This was in stark contrast to the welcome we had had from the other 5 apartments we had stayed in during our trip. We also mentioned the leaking washing machine but no one came to see us about it. The pool photos also exaggerate the size. I was really looking foward to this stay but of the 6 places l had booked this was the most disappointing.

Review 60：The children enjoyed the pool. It was nice having a table outside our room to encourage to eat outside. Was also a good shelter from sun and rain! We liked the location as it offered opportunities to explore areas such as Nin and Zaton. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants.

I came for theHarley Davidson days in Biograd and I am glad that I found this smallexcellent hotel in Zadarr only 23 km from Biograd. This hotel as well isvery "Biker" friendly. I can only praise the owners forrunning such a nice small hotel and making sure that the guests are 100%satisfied. I was 200% satisfied !!! Thumbs up for Villa Vanilla !!

Review 110：We stayed 4 nights before moving onto Split. Great base for Zadar and surrounding area. Quiet and relaxing stay, lovely staff very friendly and obliging. 5 minute walk to a large supermarket. Excellent self catering facilities. Would definitely recommend the accommodation for a short stay.

Review 111：Wasn't able to connect to WiFi in the villa with private pool, few mosquitoes got into the villa because they weren't any nets etc on windows and doors. Didn't have any trays for oven.
