Review 1：The hotel's restaurant wasn't open.

Review 2：Staff very helpful with the hotel issues and also in helping us locate restaurant for dinner. The room had a great balcony/terrace.

Review 3：Further from Monte Rosso & thus the sea, than I expected. A free shuttle bus was provided. This was vital as there was no where to eat & nothing to see near by. Monte Rosso is very difficult to park near & we were in early June.

Review 9：Be sure what you are booking! If you are the last one to book a trippelroom- they obviously have only two - be certain so you are not the last one. You might end up in the attic floor.So in the description where they say that one room has a balcony and the other don't means that only one of the trippelrooms have a balcony.They seaview in this room is through 2 small windows that are placed so that even I, 160cm, has to bend my knees to look out!The aircon was not turned up for our arrival so it was impossible to breath there when we came. We went out for a walk and when we returned the air was better in the big room, in the little adjacent room it was still to warm so we had to carry out the mattress into our room so our child could sleep at all.The fridge was not working good either, the safe had no key - I even asked for it as we did not get one at first. The "sitting room" is more like a waiting area outside the doctors- there is only one wardrobe (in the small single room) and the bureau that stands in the bathroom -you can't open any drawer- so if you stay longer there is actually no place to put your clothes. Wi-fi worked now and then, but at least so much so we could book another hotel instead of the second night at this one.No fire escape, as far as I remember. I doubt you can climb out through the windows either because they are so small.Finally, we had read that it was possible to come here with ferryboat from Cinqueterre/Portovenere/Lerici- we came that way- no one knew anything about any kind of boat in this direction ( we had to take the bus to Sarzana and change bus for the hotel)All this made the rest of our trip in a little bad mood.......For the price of 150 EUROS a night this is a robbery- but the management for the hotel does not have the same opinion- we have made a complaint and got an answer.

Review 34：We took triple room and got room with two rooms. Our kid loved it. Clean and beautiful rooms (nice style). Breakfast was good, excellent (i think local) sweet pies with cream.

We took the room with "sea view" and we could clearly see the river and, on the other side, the mountains that directly enter the river. The staff was very friend and the breakfast was quite good (the only complaint may be to mostly have sweet things).
